I thought they are very unprofessional, ahead of time we tried to change dates due to a one of the people coming to the trip was sick so we asked ahead of time to change dates, we experience rudeness, negligence told us will get back to us never did

Yes never got back to us when we requested to postpone our trip due to an illness, we only wanted to switch dates and they never got back now we’re flexible with

Very organized hotel. Staff and facilities were really nice.

The parking. Not sure what could be done to make it better.

Easy location and parking

The room wasn¿t cleaned well, we found crushed up water bottles, tissues, and even an open pill packet on the floor. We have a toddler and needed to do a full sweep of the room to make sure there wasn¿t anything he¿d get into (especially the pills).

The staff was friendly and courteous. Rooms were were clean and comfortable.

Convenient and seemingly clean but found gun left behind in bedside drawer

Found a hand gun in bedside nightstand drawer so I guess they don’t clean thoroughly and regional manager said they frequently find guns left behind, such as M-16. He minimized this saying it was a pellet gun. When I asked about thoroughness of cleaning

The location is convenient. Ample parking. Good outdoor seating for breakfast. Breakfast spread was great, lots of options and delicious. Hotel room was clean, well kept. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful.

The staff were friendly and courteous. The breakfast buffet had many option like sunny side down eggs, bacon , ham and waffles.

The carpeting was dirty, especially in the hallways and the hotel and room had an unappealing food smell.

The room was very nice and it was great to have a full (small) kitchen, desk workspace, large closet, etc. Nice, central location in Redding. Free (included) breakfast was really nice too. Staff was very courteous. Pool and laundry room too!

The room had a diswasher in the small kitchen, but it was full of dirty dishes. When I mentioned it to the desk clerk, she was very apologetic and said she'd tell housekeeping. Housekeepping needs to be on top of that.

Very outdated. The handle on the kitchen faucet game off.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Breakfast is basic but starts really early so you can start your day early if you want.

Location was great. Right as you walk into the facility. The food was hot and good. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

There is nothing I don’t like about TownePlace Suites!

The hotel double-charged me. I prepaid with booking.com and then the hotel said the booking.com card was declined so I had to pay with my own credit card. I am now in the process of trying to get my money back. Also - the room was big, but super dirty and gross. I have a 1-year-old who is half walking, half crawling, and within 10 minutes, his legs, feet, and hands were disgusting and black with dirt from crawling around. I had a 2-bedroom suite and the bed in 1 room was super hard and the bed in the other room was super soft. Both beds were terrible. The kitchen was dirty. The walls were dirty. They obviously do not deep clean the rooms. I will never stay at this hotel again. Disgusting.
