- We stayed for one night for an event! There was only hot water in the shower and maintenance would not come till the next day after we checked out! No other rooms available! Not what I expected from the Hilton Brand!

The shower was not clean when we arrived. There is some kind of fan or ventilation system that was extremely loud all night. So loud that I kept waking up to it, and I am hard of hearing. I can't imagine how bad it was for the good hearing folks.

Hotel is very nice! Big comfortable, well-appointed room. Hotel has a nice pool, bar area, workout room.
The room insulation for voice is a joke. We could not sleep as the conversations from next room was very loud almost like they were in our room. I had to call the hotel lobby at 2 am and request the other party to tone down the activity.
Dirty and loud and very rude Staff
The one employee that was courteous and the cleaning staff is awesome.
Most of staff here display very rude and dismissive behavior. This is not upon being asked a question it¿s their normal level of interaction. There are other things to like about the hotel but the staff, it¿s disappointing. .
