Comfort Inn Pomona Near Fairplex

Nothing. Not even stereotypical breakfast..

Broken shower curtain, stinky floor, marijuana smell, AC machine was broken.. Felt like a cheap beaten up motel. Not a "CHOICE" 2 syar hotel at all. I stayed here before. This was run down..

I liked the old building that it was in. The architecture was cool. It was nice that it had an elevator.

Room was updated, but also details needed attention. The lamp shades were dirty. Woodwork was coming off and needed paint. Just some stuff like that. But I would say that it was a solid two star hotel. Breakfast left something to be desired.

This has for sure become my favorite stay in Pomona. Very comfortable beds. Linens are always clean and soft. Staff is super accommodating and friendly.

More towels in the room and make sure the tvs work I had to switch rooms twice because the tvs did not work. But minor fix does not overshadow my experience.

Staff was polite and the a/c worked. The front lobby is nicely decorated. Parking wasn?t hard to find.

The seats in the room were stained/dirty, the bathroom door and walls were dirty, the coffee they had out for breakfast was cold, and the eggs were very watery.

Location

The room had a bad odor. The floor was dirty, felt sticky. The entry keycard needed to be reset every time we entered the room. Only 3 towels were placed for 4 people. The second night only 2 towels were places. The room was not cleaned/beds were not made

i didnt get to go as the app did not provide a hotel near me then would not grant me a refund

everything. no refund despite it being booked not close to me.

Nothing at all

The hotel was filthy. It was advertised as having a gym, but it was closed and being used for storage. The room had hangers dangling from the blinds, drawers that would not stay closed. The hall way smelled disgusting. I left immediately

Close to Pomona Fairplex

Evidence of bugs, smell of incense, breakfast sign says 6 and not even coffee ready at 6, suspicious people in parking lot - very unsafe

Comfortable large rooms, nice staff, no transients.

The room is very nice, the staff was very friendly.

The location is not the best.

The room smelled a bit like mold - was disconserting but I didnt want to make a fuss or change rooms after a long day of travel.

Our room smelled musty when entering and the enter stay, it was like someone?s dirty mop was left out. The tv was left on when we entered the room, that made us wonder if we had the right room. There was a baby cockroach hiding under the dvr player.

The neighborhood was a bit run down, but I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the hotel. Everything was clean and tidy. The front desk staff was very good.

The breakfast foods were cold as was the coffee.

Continental breakfast, parking, nice big room.

The walls seemed a bit thin I could bear when people were getting ice from the ice machine a few doors down.

The friendly staff are the only thing that save this rating

First room, deadbolt doesn't work. Moved rooms, bcuz located in the serious hood of Pomona. Sat on footstool and got something horribly sticky on my jeans which will not come out. Breakfast was cold because it's freezing in the lobby...

Dirty, no accommodation, cleaning staff tried to kick us out an hour early

Over priced and needs upgrades. Remote had no battery cover, television was old model, bed was hard, bathroom was too dark and needs better lighting, room needs deep cleaning

Elevator

Noises from traffic (our room on 3rd floor), & guest from downstairs & across hall. Required deposit $100, will hopefully see it back in my acct., within 7 business days! Check out staff person looked as if I disturbed his sleep & 7:00am.

Literally, NOTHING

This was the worst experience I have had at a hotel. Staff was rude, room was dirty. I didn¿t even stay, it was so terrible.

Large room, friendly staff.

The location was sketchy at best. Lots of odd activity in the parking lot well into the night, and the families staying there left a lot of trash in the hallways. It felt more like a low-rent apartment than a hotel at times. No breakfast was provided.
