- Nice to have refrigerator,sink, microwave, gas fireplace in room. Location across from Asilomar and beach is lovely.Quiet too.Friendly person at desk.
Cons -
- Staff uncaring. No help offered for handicapped. Office closed 10:00am.to 8:00pm. No help when needed. Did not meet promises of room service. Could not use promised and promoted Jacuzzi therapy tub. Last day TV unworkable. Terrible painful experience
- old soap in bathtub, bathtub paint peeling, carpet strip nails cut my feet
- Faculty very shabby. Grounds should be upgraded. No place to sit outside. Only tiny table in the room where guests can eat snacks. Very dark rooms. Tiny Windows. Huge spa bathtub makes for slippery, unsafe shower. Very low toilet, needs wall bar.
