Galleria Inn Montclair/Ontario

Hotel was in a quiet area. And the room was clean and spacious. Enjoyed my stay

The only thing would be is the towels could be updated

The bed was well encased and the linens were clean. Room was clean. The shower had great pressure and lots of hot water.

Room was shabby. Holes in curtains, 2 broken chairs, strange contact paper on front of fridge, lumpy pillows, and very thin scratchy towels. The bed was very hard. I had difficulty sleeping on the bed and have had severe back pain since that night.

The place was clean and roomy.

The toilet was backed up!

The room was nice and big. Staff was nice and friendly.

Room looked clean when you first walk in but the comforter on the bed had multiple stains, the bathroom wasn't cleaned entirely or stocked well. But luckily the staff immediately changed the sheets and stocked the bathroom when we called it in.

Checking in was very quick and the owner was very professional and caring I felt at home here so much so that I came back several times. I would definitely recommend staying at this establishment

There was nothing I did not like it was amazing here

The room was big and clean. The staff was nice.

The staff was very nice and the room was very big clean and very nice it was amazing

The staff were very friendly. Parking outside of the room.

It's a motel,no hotel as shown. No curtains in the bathroom. It was dirty,it appeared clean, but when I wiped the surfaces the Lysol wipes were black from dirt.Flat pillows, hard bed, broken tissuerack. No place to hang clothes or breakfast.thintowels,1star.

Very friendly staff, newly renovated rooms, clean rooms reasonable price. Each little "bungalow house" has it's own one car parking space. One way in and one way out for cars. There's a drive in movie theater a block away.

There are smoking and non smoking rooms, non-smoking is not enforced so the non-smoking rooms have actual a slight smoking musk to them. One side of the rooms back a residential neighborhood patios so there's high traffic and noise volume.

Big room, great amenities

Room was a good size, great internet sinal

10 check out

Owner was very nice and I felt at home here

Not much

Kozy, shower instantly hot

Cooking area

Needs carpets floor was cold

How spacious it was.

There's only one parking per room.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a motel. I've never been so disgusted with a place that I paid my good money to stay in. Only have 200 characters (or id say more) but all i need to say is that the SHEETS AND BLANKETS HAD BLOOD ON THEM.
