It was OK clean quite

Yes I booked a jacuzzi room it was a bathtub with jets

Good location to services, stores and food, good parking, gave extra towels and pillows

TV system was not fully functional, no PPV movies available, no coffee maker in room but there was in the office

I actually liked the that this was a family owned hotel. I'm very supportive of independent owners and the efforts they put in to run their own businesses. The location was just ok. I did not expect the big field next door. comfortable bed.

I did not like the quality of the other guests. The smoke odor in my non smoking room. The loud music and yelling from the parking lot. The towels could have been a little thicker.

Clean and the staff was very nice and welcoming.

The property staff charged me 2 times even though I paid through the booking app and even his system showed paid he still forced me to pay again

The lady at the front desk was nice

The first day i stayed there woke up the next morning and starf just came in my room no knocking just barged in my room as i was gerting ready for a shower. I was completely naked and humiliated i was so embarrassed also there was a towel rack i put a single towel on and it fell off landed on my foot and instead of accomadating abetter room i was told i broke it. Secondly i went on to be called a "crack head" by the manager at the property not knowing ive been 8 months sober and it really hit how cuz of the challenges thenive been going threw with addiction

As usual, check was a breeze due to booking ahead on the app. Staff is always polite and ready to assist with any needs. Our room was one of the most recently upgraded and everything was fresh, shiny new and my boyfriend and I were very impressed. I also appreciate the fact that the property does not have homeless people or hotel guests lurking in the parking lot, that is always a bad look and burns the spot up. I respect the people who run this place. They are constantly putting money in the rooms thru upgrades and they have a ton of movie channels as well. We will definitely return in the near future.

Everything was perfect

The lack of suspicious people loitering on the property. It felt very safe compared to many other motels nearby.

Their "continental breakfast" was two fruit choices, coffee, and a factory packaged pastry.

The picture of the hotel did not adequately portray what the hotel was. The swimming pool was tiny, about the size of a small hot tub and was locked. The breakfast was 3 choices of cereal.

The woman who owns it was great, even making me tea in her own china cup when there wasn't any available. However, they should have tea available!

Don't think that the pool is actually big enough to swim in! And the "breakfast" really isn't - packaged rolls and a few cereals. The couches need updating.

The hotel room and the hotel itself was clean. The area around the hotel was ruff!

They charge you for ice! Free, cheap coffee, nothing else to snack-on.

I will never stay here again. The room had ants, found them all over my 13 month old. Wall mount hanging off wall couldn't hang up my clothes. They watered down the balconies and stairways right before check-out time. My 12 yr old daughter slipped & fell down the stairs as I was taking her to the front desk to complain my pregnant wife slips and falls down the stairs. They failed to put up "caution wet floor" signs up. Spent the rest of our vacation day in the ER making sure my un-born baby was OK. This Hotel cost me more than just the room it alo cost me an ER visit bill as well.

Wanted me to pay $10ea extra for my 2daughters in a two bed room. Breakfast consist of bananas apples & warm milk.
