Element by Marriott San Jose Milpitas

The hotel is decent and rooms are clean. My main complaint is the air conditioner. It didnt work & the hotel controls it. The room was stuffy and hot, the two nights I stayed. I dont plan to stay here in the future, until they fix their air-conditioning

Air conditioner & my sink clogged constantly. Need to fix your plumbing in room # 306. Very disappointing stay.

We had a studio queen beds with plenty of room for the wheelchair my husband needed. The sofa was nice to sit on rather than always in the bed. Our room had a nice large window that we could see the sunrise. Nice large walk in shower too.

The price was rather high, and the room was quite ordinary, offering no particular distinction.

Friendly staff, location and amenities made me feel in my 'element'

The room was a nice size and the hotel was conveniently located.

Great service and fully stock at all times, the employees where very good at paying attention to the customers needs and the items to keep them stock.

Maybe it was a bad day for me but the parking space there was a bunch of PG&E or ATT trucks there taking over must of the parking space closed by the entrance.

Location from my cousins. 1/2 mile away. Breakfast included.

Limited food.

Really nice hotel very clean. Big rooms lots of room. Great breakfast.

Very clean and great location

The beds were unfortunately uncomfortable but everything else made up for that!

Greattt! Everything and there are lots of cool things in the lobby for guests, like wine and snacks, super polite

The location was great. It was easy access to the highways and everywhere we needed to go. The hotel was clean and quiet! Major plus, full size room with full fridge, microwave and sink. Even filtered water for the coffee maker.

Clean, comfortable, room spacious, good size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave..it’s pretty complete with thoughtful basic essentials when cooking or bringing in food. I like the dish soap and scrubs provided, generous paper towels and infused drinking water. There’s water filtration in each room. There’s filtered water refill in the gym. Very good location and easy access to everything. Very good breakfast. Hopefully during peak hours, chef will have assistance cooking the main dish to ease long queue.

I did not eat breakfast.

The garbage disposal smelled. I put dish soap to rid the smelled

This hotel was clean and modern, and we felt safe. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was included with our stay. The price was reasonable. Location was perfect for our event. Train stop was super close. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Shower water pressure was too low for my liking.

how modern and clean it was. the staff was excellent and friendly. Will be coming back in the future
