Holiday Inn & Suites Silicon Valley - Milpitas by IHG

I booked this Dec 2 then i tried cancelling it after 5 mins because i made a mistake but unfortunately they didn’t let me cancelled and refund my money. Our $6 coins got stuck at the laundry room and had to use our card instead Noisy, i couldn’t sleep

Sheets were found with stains on them. We tried to call the front desk from both phones in the room. One phone did not work and the other worked, but could never get an answer. Had to go down to the lobby to see the front desk associate not even busy.

None of the ice machiens worked, no one cleand our room or left clean towels, I don't think I'll be staying there again.

Hotel was fine. The room was advertised as a 6 person room. We get to the room in the middle of the night and it sleeps 5. I talk to the front desk worker and he doesn¿t have anything to do for us. Even though it was advertised and booked for 6.

The room next to us was empty but All he would do was get us another couch cushion so my daughter slept on the floor.

Room is big

Why do they have charge for parking 15 dollars a day and the bed linen smells like it was already used and was not changed it has a weird odor . It¿s not worth it and will not stay there again.

Great location. Great customer service. Always greeted on our way in and on our way out. Welcomed with fresh baked chocolate chip cookies at check in. Clean, spacious, & modern rooms. Cute restaurant & bar inside the hotel.

No, everything was great

It was clean and quiet.

The mobility room had a closet rod to hang clothes that was so low, it could not be used, because clothes would drag the floor. There was a $15 a night fee to park your car; had I known this, I would have chosen Embassy Suites. 3 people, 2 bath towels!

Clean, nice rooms, clean hotel

Staff was limited. The front lady that we meet seemed bothered to help us. Other staff was nice.

Absolutely nothing

When you first check in, they hit you with a surprise parking fee, even though there's nothing else around. The whole place stinks because it's next to a huge landfill. My room flooded from leaks in the ceiling and I had to change rooms, staff didn't care

Leaking ceiling, AC did not work, rude front desk, smelly hallways, and overpriced. Only gave us one towel the stuff in the bathroom was visibly used with crust and residue

All rooms offer sofa beds which made it easier with our 3 children.

Staff was very unprofessional. No one was at the front desk when we arrived. When someone did finally come out, they took a phone call first from a customer on the hotel phone, then answered their personal cell phone for their Starbucks order that.

The staff that checked us in was really nice I think his name is Hactor, it¿s a very clean place good parking and safe, but small bathroom

The pool looks dirty and run down, the staff that checked us out charge me for parking $9. A day I don¿t mind if they have let me know from the time I checked in to the hotel all I read on the advertisement it¿s says that there¿s a lot of private parki

The hotel pool was closed from 3-7 for a private event. The rooftop restaurant was also closed. This is unacceptable. Hotel amenities should be availabe to all guests.

Easy to get around the hotel. We didn¿t have much time to explore but it was a pleasant and quiet stay.

The bedroom, though "cleaned" especially in these times, I believe its important to clean things such as door handles. The bathroom door was covered in yucky hand/fingerprints. Pretty obvious and gross. Otherwise, was a great visit.
