TownePlace Suites by Marriott Milpitas Silicon Valley

The cleanliness of the hotel and the variety of stores around the hotel. The staff members were extremely helpful.

The wifi didn't work as good. It was taking forever to load.

Friendly staff and stocked kitchen.

I loved our stay. Rooms look larger on ad tho. But was still great.

all great!

The friendly staff was very helpful

Guests smell smoke and the smell stays in the hallway

My stay at the hotel was great. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. My room was very clean and easily accessible. It was also very quiet and private. Overall great experience!

Awesome location, Quiet, clean, easy free parking.

Room had a funny incense smell. maybe someone smoked in it before and they were trying to cover it? Either way it wasn't that bad.

This place just felt like home. Everything was clean, The kitchenette was stocked with silverware and cooking utensils. I wouldn't mind living in that studio. Plus it was close to the great mall so I didn't have to deal with the parking traffic.

Close to Great Mall. Nice kid friendly pool.

They didn't serve hot continental breakfast.

Yes they charged me twice for the deposit & then you have to wait for them to fix the problem..Ridiculous

Friendly staff.

Great room

All was great

Clean and by the great mall

Everyone on staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a great experience.

Getting in and out of driveways.

Location to the Great Mall

Updating their bedsBreakfast could of had more choices for children

Clean, nice staff.

Refrigerator was noisy and outside traffic. Needed a sleep mask for the lights on microwave and earplugs.

Great location for shopping at Greatmall, and lovely breakfast area. We love the man served us breakfast with prepared hot food such as a fusion vintage American morning.

Close to mall, great parking, friendly staff

Door was hard to open. Other guests over room woke us up in the middle of the night

We had to switch rooms to our TV mot working and The Staff were so Helpful. We are actually staying at this same location next weekend.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Affordable and clean.

Wasn't a clock in the room. I didn't like placement of the toilet or paper dispenser

The 2 bedroom suite was newly renovated and was a good size, nice kitchenette and tvs in each room

The walls are very thin and it was very noisy till late at night and from 4.30am with people slamming doors and thumping up and down the stairs.children were allowed to run around the hotel screaming and making a lot of noise too. On most days there was a very strong smell of cannabis in the hallway which also came in to our lounge area which was disgusting. There are people who must stay on a long term basis who had a cat that they let roam the corridor too. Someone also kept leaving their bike propped up in the hallway limiting the space to walk along the corridor
