Location is close to my parents

It's gone down hill. I've stayed here a few times and this was the first time I've had to pay for parking, it was smelly on my floor area and the rooms are worn out.

The room was spacious and quiet and I like having a refrigerator, microwave and stove top. It is located in an area within walking distance to several restaurants.

Larkspur Landing charged us for a full week even though the hotel reservation was prepaid. Clerk said we would have to come back to front desk the next morning. Very difficult and time consuming (over two weeks} tp resolve! Never again!!!

nothing. property is old. carpet is old. furniture is old. staff is rude. manager does not care. housekeeping does not speak English. very hard to communicate. safe your money go some where else. they advertise business desk. no printer or fax.

This hotel is dated & will not appeal to every traveler. I luv it because it maintains its unique charm. Facility & rooms are well-maintained. The room comes w/ full-sized refrigerator, induction cooktop, and microwave. Free breakfast & parking are +'s

Ice machines are hard to find.

nothing. the staff and manager have no respect for the guest or their accomodations. the place is old and smells. the carpet is very dirty. horrible place. save your money go somewhere else.

Bed was small and hard. Maintenance was poor. Breakfast wasn't worth anything and bad was there.

The staff there are some amazing people. very friendly, always solves issues when requested..breakfast is good and laundry is free, you don't see that anywhere else 3.75.Room was great just need to have them serviced a little more often.overall a 10.

Loud neighbors and people stomping on the floor. I am very quiet and prefer the upper or very top floor and, not have neighbors next to me..

Dead rat in parking lot. Staff is the worst person in customer service I¿ve ever encountered. She was rude immediately and stayed rude our entire interaction. She needs to be kept behind the scenes and away from customers.

Nothing. very unclean. dirty. House keepingstaff does not speak english. Hard to communicate with them as to what the guest needs. Front desk employees very rude and will not help staff.

The hotel charged me 150 deposit and then didn¿t refund all of it back. They charged me $85.50 out of the $150 with no explanation.
