Best Western Plus Brookside Inn

The breakfast was good. Eggs, sausage, coffee, waffles, yogurt machine with additional toppings.

The hotel was noisy. Impossible to get good night's sleep, which is #1 when I stay in a hotel. People arguing loudly nearby. 2 am, 5 am, 7 am people still being loud. Not sure if they were in lobby or in a room. Carpet was stained. Sketchy people.

Always clean and has friendly staff. Grounds are well kept and the landscape is nice :) Loved my room and the ADA access was very helpful. Always has a wide selection of food for breakfast and offers a happy hour meal as well 😀 Overall, 4 stars.

Parking was an issue later in the evening 😒 Not enough spaces for all the guests. I had to park on the street!!! I was lucky I found a spot close to the hotel. Not good especially for a lady walking at night 😪😪😪

In my first room, the toilet did not flush. They were very accommodating in getting me a new room

Room didn¿t have all the bath stuff like bath wash and the things to hang the towels just fallen apart at night just wen I was about to fall in a deep sleep a big bang sound came from the bathroom and it was the towels rack & a dirty sock left behind

Very nice room and amazing breakfast much better than any other BW I been in. Good coffee in the Lobby and helpful staff plenty of parking and just off the freeway.

The pool are was Ok but was not very clean.

The staff was great. They had a blackout when we arrived and they were very generous and accommodating

A lot of homeless around the hotel and the bed was very uncomfortable. I sunk to the middle when i laid in bed

Room was well appointed and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was awesome. The price is a good value for this place.

The breakfast buffet has a great selection. Not only a waffle maker, but french toast already made, tater tots, which the kids loved.

I asked for late check out (12/Noon) that must not have been noted. I received a call around 11:20a, semi rudely stating check out is 11am...

I was very pleased with the location, the availability of parking, and the lovely fountain out front.

The amenities offered online were not available IRL: the onsight restaurant was closed the whole time, and the gym was inaccessible. Also, the water saver toilet was gross because it didn't drain completely. Wasted so much water trying, it was disgusting

Staff was not as friendly as other places . Sometimes ignored you as you walked by thought it gave a negative impression.

I stay here since it was close to the job site. I liked the fact most guest were in similar fields of work and the lounge was a great place to relax after work.

I've stayed there frequently and the staff is the nicest and most friendliest people! Nice to see a smiling face during the hustle and bustle of traveling for work.

I'm picky about ketchup. Get rid of the 'Great Value' ketchup and get Heinz! LOL
