Very clean and attentive service

The toilet was not working well upon first use and the pool/jacuzzi could use some regular cleaning.

Staff and service, breakfast and managers dinner were great.

Room looked a bit dated, especially the paint.

Its a great suite with a mini kitchen and equipped with utensils and pots and pans! Only down side the pressure for the hot water for the bathtub wasn't great.

Large rooms, kitchen, sleeps 5, well-insulated, clean, friendly staff, close to lots of restaurants.

Stayed there last year and the room had a CD player; this one didn't, though exactly the same type room rented. Oh, and no ice machines (although staff went in the kitchen and got us plenty of ice).

The location is great,right off the freeway, and close too everything. The rooms were very clean, loved the decor.

The few things I didn't like was,the breakfast was just OK, kept having too ask for waffle mix, forks,etc. We went on a holiday weekend, looking forward too relaxing in the spa. Only to find out that it was out of order. Not good on a holiday weekend,sad.

Incredibly clean and quiet! The hotel is so well insulated, that when one person is taking a shower—you can't hear the water running! The beds were great. Location is easy to find and convenient.

The kitchen didn't have a corkscrew,but no big deal. Wish they had shuttle service to the airport. Seems like they should charge extra for over 2 people, for a suite that sleeps 6. That is the only thing Embassy has over this place.

Super clean and everything is packed individually.

The hotel was serene.

That there was loud maintenance going on during the weekend.

The hotel was under some construction, however, they kept things very clean! And the hotel smelled so new! There was plenty of parking too!! Breakfast is included also!!

Ladies working in restaurant were very nice to me. Water is provided in the fitting center, which is very thoughful. I really enjoy the stay.

The water temperture in the room was not stable. Would jump to really hot in 1 sec. The water flow of the shower is small and hard to adjust to the right temperture.

The room was nice and spacious and very clean. We enjoyed the breakfast, and the staff was very kind and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

A gentleman whose name I think was Raymond was very kind and accommodating. He helped me with my thermostat and tv (my user issues, not the hotel's) and let me borrow a wine opener. The room was nice and big and I loved having the kitchenette.Breakfast was great with meats, eggs, starches, pastries, bagels, yogurt and my fave the waffle maker! They even had a cinnamon roll flavored one which i have never seen before and was delicious! On top of that, breakfast was open later than the other hotels. One of the women working the breakfast area was wonderful, the other one was grumpy. I really appreciate it but wonderful one!My grandson loved the heated pool and I enjoyed the hot tub.I wish I had been there on a day when there was the evening wine social. Maybe next time, and I very much intended there to be another time.

I did not like the one grumpy lady in the dining area and the hot tub had a little bit of green coloration on the edge of it which was a little bit gross.
