Rodeway Inn Milpitas near Great Mall

There was a roach in the bathroom and the windows was broken and open. The staff was rude. There was a surprise $100 deposit upon arrival that was not disclosed with the booking. Breakfast was very poor. Very disappointed.

Close to a starbucks. Bathrooms were updated.

Parking was small and impossible to park and get in or out. Rooms smelled like smoke . Rooms were renovated poorly. Beds were bad . Sheets were itchy. It wss a 2 star hotel and not close to a 3!

The wifi didn’t work. Door didn’t lock. AC didn’t work. Breakfast was bad.

The location was good for my needs and not too far to local places to eat. Its not fancy but the price was good.

The T.V. remote did not work. I could have called the front desk to address this, but it was late. I'm sure the remote just needed batteries. The morning breakfast is kind of a joke. Some juices, dry cereal, and yogurt was all I saw. Coffee was horrible.

Affordable, modern, relatively clean, close to stores

POOR SERVICE!!! Every time you ask the staff member for service, he gets a bad attitude, mumbles curse words in another language and behaves as if he resents the "intrusion on his PERSONAL TIME".

Milpitas location

This is not a 3 star hotel. This is more of 1 star or 2 star. Wouldn't stay here again. Breakfast is just coffee and bread butter jam

Broken tile in elevator, n luggage got stuck. Hoodlums coming to visit rooms Nextdoor.

Room very clean, but colorless. Inadequate drawer space. Elevator --Broken floor tiles, tripping danger. . Breakfast? Ha! No. Outdoor area not kept clean. Chairs in lobby too tall to fit under breakfast table, always hot there.

The employees were kindness courteous and attentive the rooms are really clean I stayed in a bunch of different ones in the area and this one was by far the best I had left a cash deposit a couple days ago and I called and they said they could send it.Yea

Dirty. Noisy. Incompetent, LYING staff. Stole my $100 deposit and LIED about it on several occasions. This place is run by THIEVES.

It was clean

All the extra deposits and pet payments. I've yet to get a deposit back from them

The bed was accommodating however it smelled like baby oil at end of sheets

The price was acceptable until the person at front desk makes up his own deposit rate...and charge an extra 30 pet fee on top of what I paid for room.

It's clean, walking distance to a few restaurants, quiet. Although older the room looks like it was recently remodeled.

It was updated and clean. Brightly lit outside so you know what people outside were doing.

The clientele was sketchy. Music blasted at 8am in the morning. Neighbors yelling. Did not get a good night sleep at all.
