Please note that this is a self check-in ApartHotel with keyless entry. Pre-check-in is required. All guests must complete an incidental form with a valid ID that has the same name as the name on the reservation.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of USD 500.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of checkout via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
