Casa Bell Motel, Los Angeles - LAX Airport

Shower head was horrible and the staff said I couldn't have guest. I understand that there are women of the night who stay in rooms in that area and do what they do but I am not one of them and shouldn't have been treated as such.

I liked it when I left.

No hot water, sheets with stains, hair everywhere (not mine), mean woman who is at the desk. Stupid $60 cash deposit, no ATM - did I say no hot water?

Rude staff. No hot water! No guest policy! Dirty Rooms! Broken Television! Hair everywhere! Small rooms!

Older property but room had been remodeled and was very modern and clean. TV, Microwave, and mini-refrigerator all in good working order. All rooms at street level so no stairs to negotiate. For the price was a good value.

The room was clean and bright and worked well for booking an immediately needed safe and clean motel room when we got stuck at LAX at midnight. It was less than $--- and worth it, given our situation.

The neighborhood is devoid of restaurants or services, except gas stations. Works great to spend the night and go back to the airport in the morning.

Location. I wanted to get a cheap hotel near the airport my last night in LA. They had a smoking room (weed) as an option. Parking lot is private

$60 cash room deposit. They don't take credit cards for the deposit. Room is for a short-stay. Very small. Outdated linen. Full size bed.

Staff was very friendly, we liked how they don¿t allow lots of people not staying at the hotel to be there. It was a very quiet stay and we enjoyed that. The location was good for us also.

Definitely need new mattresses/pillows/comforter. Bed was very uncomfortable and they only gave two pillows and I was with my husband so we only had one pillow each and they were not the best either. We did ask for more pillow and were given one more.

Was not clean and had an odor that did not let me sleep. It was late already if not I would¿ve cancelled my booking and went somewhere else.

Holes in the. Owners were very rude restroom was dirty it had a lot of bugs I slept in my car I would never recommend this motel. I wish I can get my money back

Dirty, bad shower, odd staff, bad area.

Being sent to another city cause my room "is still under construction". Hotel I was sent to, was a slum. Rooms were dirty and unsafe. No phone to contact front desk in case of fire and smoke alarm was sitting inside dresser drawer without battery.

Absolutely unacceptable behavior by staff or owners. Shockingly rude, violated ADA laws, DO NOT STAY HERE.

Infront of convenience stores, great staff,big room, very clean.

The bed has only two pillows, i think. 4 are great

Quiet, clean, and a relaxing space.
