- On 4th of July weekend the elevator was not working so we had to go up and down with our luggage, my 87 year old grandma had a very hard time doing that, the widnow to hotel room didn't not have screens on it, very dangerous for my little ones.

Honestly, I checked out early because this hotel was very old. I was worried about bug beds. I didn’t feel safe in the location. It was in overall I would never stay there.

Our room was right next to the pool so we got no quiet time when the pool was open. Also our room keys never worked right. We had to go downstairs to the lobby 3 times and had food each time that got cold by the time we got back to our room with a working key!!!

The room we got was big to our liking. The air conditioning was top tier and the beds were so comfortable.
My sister had ordered a tiramisu and we never received it. The bathroom had everything but a wash cloth/sponge.
Location is very convenient to freeway and close to SoFi and airport.
Rooms are a bit dated. Weird smell in hallways. All carpets should be removed for hardwood. Bathroom was clean but shows signs of age, rust and cracks are dingy.
Really pleasantly surprised by this place, nice little pool/hot tub area, decent little breakfast (lots of carbs) super clean and quiet room for being like 5 mins from LAX. The guy at the front desk was really nice with our super late check in too - thanks!
Room was very clean. Parking will accommodate Large vehicles. Location for my event was very close. I can hardly wait to visit again. Breakfast was excellent and convenient. Staff was very helpful.
