The Overall Room Was Very Clean

The Blankets On The Beds Were THIN Like Sheets. The NOISE LEVEL WAS DISGUSTING. The ENTIRE NIGHT, YELLING, RUNNING. Early Morning MUSIC BLASTING..We Were BARELY Able To Sleep! WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was what I expected, and the area was kept clean and well stocked.

There is no hallway enclosure, and the room doors are exposed to the sounds of the parking lot. I was woken up by people arguing loudly in the parking lot but that was not the fault of the hotel.

Proximity to eateries. The room was spacious, and the breakfast was great!

Refrigerator was not working properly. Someone came up twice, but the problem was not resolved.

it was loud at night, I was woken up 4 times 3-4 am from loud people in courtyard or other rooms

The breakfast was impressive. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The shower head was terrible. I felt like I had to search for the water. The hot tub is right in the middle of the parking lot. It¿s kind of funny actually. I cant imagine anyone sitting in that hot tub. 

Located fairly close to airport on the way to Venice beach.

Room had major musty odor. Could not get over it. Large bathroom mirror had age stains and should be replaced. Price was much too high for low quality experience.

Liked the location, it was super close to the Sofi Stadium, Starbucks right next door and lots of fast food choices around.for a quick bite!

The hotel didnt honor my reservation 100% I booked for a KING room with a hot tub(as advertised on website) but only got the King bed, they are under construction so I understand, maybe they didnt have one available, but i had to pay for it anyway.

the room itself was nice. The bed had nice clean linen, lots of pillows. Breakfast was included (take away due to Covid) Staff helpful.

The room had weird smell. The bath towel had hole in it. Coffee maker wasn't working. Due to construction, Front Desk was on the 2nd floor which was hard to find when I arrived. And going to the room, it felt like I was in a motel.

Nothing, it isn't at all what I thought it would be.

It wasn't a hotel it was a motel. The room smelled like cigarettes and weed and it was in a really bad location. I wasn't expecting this given the price I paid for the room and the star rating the site. For the price and rating I was expecting better.

No bed bugs

They didn't provide me with the room I paid for. I got a lesser room. Lots of riff raff in the hotel. Saw a huge street brawl where an accident happened and man got jumped by 8 people. Feces in the parking lot, lots of questionable characters around.

Bad smell, the sink was not working, my husband got stuck in the bathroom because the door was not working, the toilet flushed water. We were previously in San Fransisco and it was better. And breakfast was not good like my visits to this hotel on previ

MANAGEMENT DID DISCOUNT ME FOR THE POOR SERVICE I RECEIVED.

THE ASSOCIATE THAT CHECKED ME IN WAS VERY ROOD, LACKING CUSTOMERS SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM. THE FIRST ROOM I WAS GIVEN, THE KEY CARD DID NOT WORK. THE SECOND ROOM I WAS GIVEN HAD CLEARLY BEEN USED AND NOT CLEANED.

Breakfast was great! Good location, nice bed and furniture.

Not enough parking, the air conditioner did not get cold, the bath tub filled up with water when taking a shower, the room keys kept deactivating, and the staff need more customer service training.

Over all was shady looking 1 and 1/2 star at most. Airport shuttle over hour to pick you up.. only 3 miles away

Excellent shuttle service, very clean and big room. Front counter person very nice and helpful, even offer grab and go breakfast. Driver very polite, jump up and down to carry our luggage.

The overall outward appearance was of an old hotel. But our room was very nice and clean.
