Close access to LAX for travel days

To park on the property there is an added $5 a day charge that I was not aware of. More annoyance than issue.

The staff is very friendly and the room is nice and large. A great deal for the price.

How nice the room was

I didn't like being charged to park plus the app didn't tell me there was a deposit charge

For one night to see Taylor swift it was worth it but I'm thankful I brought my own sheets and blanket and pillow. Very gross and old building. Staff was nice.

There was a Cockroach, I stepped in human feces walking through the parking lot.

Convenient location and close to LAX airport. Hotel and room are clean.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable. However, we only were in the room to sleep. So it¿s perfect for in and out. I wouldn¿t stay long term due to bed being uncomfortable

The hotel room was large and the location was amazing very close to Hollywood and pier.

We found a needle full of drugs in the hotel room. We spoke to the front desk they did not offer to change our rooms or reclean the room. They did not offer a discount for finding drugs in the room. I would have given them a much better review

The bathtub did not hold water .. could only shower and not take a bubble bath. Also, there were no bed covers/blankets, only sheets.

I was there for a single night. It was close to the airport and close to the SoFi Stadium. Quick and easy to get around with walking or rides from Lyft/Uber. If I need to be in LA in this part of town, I would stay again.

A valiant attempt at a remodel was done and the rooms and lobby were in presentable shape. I was on the 2nd floor and didnt feel the need to use the elevator. The stair well was not remodeled, nor should it be. A bit of cleaning would certainly help.

The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable, clean, and safe. Safe was important as the area was concerning, but the value of the location is in its proximity to the airport.

The hotel is tired and there is some ground-in dirt, such as stained bedding and grout in the shower. It didn't feel dirty, just tired and old. Also, the location didn't feel safe, though I felt perfectly safe in my room.

It was basically an average room for the price that was offered online at the time of purchase. I was expecting to have some nice comfortable pillows that was 2 per person on the bed but instead it was only one set of pillows which made it harder to slee

There was a light that was not working in the room about the heater area and the windows was locked where we couldn't open it to get some fresh air to flow through due to a smell that was in the room.

i found a syringe in my first room and my second room looked like the door got stabbed from outside

Location met my needs.

Very dirty room and bathroom. Whatever they use to mop the floors is too strong and there¿s no ventilation to let smell out. Bath tub had a roach and pubic hairs. Walls in the room had dry food smeared all over. Just disgusting!
