LAX guest house

The taxi driver drove 5 times around the address. It's was a ghost hotel. Mt flight arrived and l ended up in a bad area of the city in the middle of the night

could not stay there because I did not know it was a hostel and there was no ground floor rooms. I am disabled. I lost $200 and nobody will help me get my money back. I didn't stay there. I'm on SSI and can't afford to lose that money. Im very unhappy.

This is a hostel not a hotel. It should be explained thoroughly that you do not have your own bathroom. You should have information that shows clearly you're sharing the bathroom and shower. Otherwise the price was great for the room.

It's not a hotel. More like an air bnb

There were cockroaches all over the floor. The AC was leaking and made a pool of water right by electrical wires. Stains on the sheets. The pictures looked NOTHING like the place.very sketchy neighborhood. The host didn't speak English.

Not a good location, no elevator, no private bathroom, owner/manager not efficient at check in.

My room was not available, even though I had booked it on your site. Staff argued with each other for 15+ minutes, being incredibly unhelpful. The new location they took me to was not a solo room they promised me, and was also dirty and covered with bugs.

Staff are so friendly there look after you so much. Will defo be returning back to this sometime in the future. Price of the room is really good.

The location is good if you want to go to LAX

It feels more like a crackhouse than a residence. The building is so dangerous that you’d feel unsafe being here unarmed. There isn't wifi

If I didn’t miss my flight last minute i would definitely run away from this place. It’s a shame this place is run this way because it’s got great location for airport runs. Neighborhood is not safe for walking around though. There’s a bus stop nearby to LAX. Or Uber was around $25. Male receptionist was rude, shady, disrespectful and weird af. Really scary vibes. He’d talk down to you as if he’s doing you a favor by letting you stay even if you’re a paying guest. Tells you to go elsewhere. Same guy at reception day and night. The rooms are smelly and dirty, only 1 bathroom for like almost 20 people. Upper bunks no curtain like at the lower. They got residents too. Thankfully I survived for few hours but need to warn others.

nothing, of all hostels ever this is the worst.

The worst hostel ever. The worst management ever.Even they saw me in the door they didnt want to open the door to me. Only the worst persons would leave someone in the night outside kicking him out even after paying the hostel, just for being late 5 minutes. Specially they were inside and saw me and could have checked me in easily. Instead i was obliged to go out again to search for other hostel, which i did until late night. This shows they dont respect the minimum human dignity. A normal decent person, if he is inside working and see someone coming could have just have the decency to check him in. I could have understood it if there werent anybody inside and the management would be not in the property, but they were inside, and they saw me ring the hostel door.
