ELEV8 HOTEL LOS ANGLES, LAX

Very deceptive about having an airport shuttle available. They don't pick up from the airport and it cost me an additional $30 to get a ride to the airport for 3 of us. They advertise having their own shuttle service and that's false.

I got this particular room because it had a whirlpool tub. Since it's too cold to take my 4 year old swimming, we did the next best thing! It was perfect. The room was large and clean the tub was cleaned thoroughly! And the room smelled great. CLEAN!

The only thing I didn't like was the not so friendly cleaning ladies but I'd definitely recommend and will be staying here again. If your going on a trip with kids I wouldn't recommend this hotel. It's just rooms and balcony. Not very family-friendly.

Close to freeway and amenities. Hair dryer and ironing area. Peace and quiet. No smoking ¿¿ hotel.

Had to pay for parking space $7.

The location was close to where we were going, and it was reasonably priced. For the price it was a very nice room as well.

The person at checkout was ok but seemed to be upset and did not have a very nice demeanor.

Quick to check in and out of.

Offers shuttle service to and from the airport, which is false advertising and does not exist! I spent more on Uber rides to and from the MOTEL than I did to rent the room.

Sounded like a teenage party was going most of the night.Running up and down the stairs etc. Also disappointed with the shuttle service schedule. NOT AS ADVERTISED ON WEB SITE

$100 deposit had to be made in cash.

The room was very large. Great water pressure in shower.

Stiffed me for 7$ for parking and would not return it. Site never mentioned about a 10$ per person fee for airport shuttle. Would not refund me a l9usy 7$ I over paid for parking. Low life.

Beds were comfortable.

When I booked the hotel, I selected one with a free shuttle. There was no shuttle service from the airport and they did offer a shuttle from the hotel to the airport but for a fee of $10 per person. The breakfast they offered was poor, just muffins.

They charged me parking for 2 days and I was not aware of those charges until check in.

Location, close to lots of places and right off the freeway, cleanliness

Staff kept reminding of checkout like 5 times.

Distance to our destination. 5 minutes away.

The outside view looked nice, area is not that great, however, anywhere in the vicinity of the L.A. county is not that great, but was decent. The room was ok, they do need to be updated. Restroom showers are worn out, you can see where tubs are chippin.

Bath tub drainage was clogged. We weren¿t able to take a shower ¿¿

The hotel was walking distance to the football stadium. Turned the air conditioning on and slept peacefully.

I didn't appreciate the penny pinching of paying for parking just because they are near LAX. What are youu really going to do with my $5.50? They also use the extra spots as event parking.. no security then with inviting non-guests onto hotel property.

Lobby was locked. We needed to communicate through a window. Web site : hotel provided shuttle service. The receptionist told us we would need to give her $10 cash each for the shuttle. Loud guests in common area late at night. Scary.

Decent room

I booked it strictly because it listed having an airport shuttle and then it DIDNT have one! This was so upsetting that no level of cleanliness of room feature could make up for the loss of trust created.

The room is pretty big. Floors were nice dark wood and the blinds had a beach feel. I had all my HBO channels. Parking was plentiful. And the staff are always friendly
