Great staff, pool, and breakfast top notch.

Plenty of room, and the foldout couch was perfect, we slept a family of 6 comfortably in our room. The breakfast was great. Room was clean and well maintained. Pool was great. Price was right.

There was no ventilation fan in the bathroom and it made the whole room smell musty.

Great staff, the lady who preps breakfast is so vey nice. Pleasant and helpful front desk and housekeeping staff. Thank you!

Location, pets, staff, cleanliness

When I stay at this hotel without my dog, the rooms are amazing. The room I was in with my dog on this trip had some door issues at the entrance and the bathroom. Otherwise everything was fine.

Breakfest was good ..bed was comfy

The hot tub was not hot/working... too much chemicals in the pool..

Unhelpful clerk. Pool water felt slimy, perhaps, it has being a while not cleaning it? Jacuzzi walls were dark and the foam had residue from it. No wanted to go in and enjoy it.

The hotel staff was amazing. Very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

The elevator wasn't working one day. The pool/spa area needed much attention. The ice machine wasn't working. The morning we leaving we seen a few roaches. (Disgusting) Very disappointed!!!

Location

We had live ants in our room, and someone who was most likely on drugs was pacing and banging things loudly in the room right behind our beds until 4 am.

You can smoke in the room but it smells like so did a billion people before you it's soo absorbed into everything in the room

Staff came and woke us up an hour and a half before checkout for absolutely no reason, hard to breath due to over smoked smell, moldy tub, literal poop stain on pillow, door does not fully shut, mystery stains on everything, towels were so stiff and stain

The bed and food

Beyond women up two different times by loud people and a false fire alarm.

The bed and the breakfast are the best two things here.

The only thing I didn't like is that the bed is too high for one who's handicapped. Other than that, it's perfect here.

The breakfast and the bed are the best things about this place. It's very comfy and the breakfast serves omelets, cinnamon rolls, sausage, cereal, pancakes (pretty good too) They are no IHop but they're a good second to them.

Staff was excellent, polite, friendly, & efficient. Breakfast was better than standard free breakfast and staff was attentive with restocking food and cleaning tables.
