Upscale and stylish decor. Better than most 3 Star hotels.

Refrigerators don't get cold. Very few USB ports (2) that charge very slowly.

Easy of registration and cleanliness of the room

The business work area printers are not WiFi or Bluetooth usable from customers laptop or tablet.

This is a more than an adequate hotel for travelers who need to stay in Hesperia for whatever reason,

Parking spaces are a little tight and I am picky about parking.

Our room was super clean and very friendly staff. Location is right off of 1-15, which made the experience even better.

It's Modern, rooms are cl clean, great location. Free parking and wi-fi Lady at starbucks was nice but the credit machine was down and we could only use cash.

Staff was unfreindly and insincere. They would not check us in early at 2pm even though we told them we couldn't get back until 11pm, I asked if I could call in later to check in, they said no. We Lugged our bags with us.The room was supposeto have sofa

That the pool was open till 11pm and the rooms looked alright.

No signs saying pool was on a reservation system in order to go in. Walls were paper thin could here people. Next door all night. Spa was filthy grey to green in color and would foam up when the jets were turned on.

Pleasant front desk staff wonderful hospitality service and great location

THEY GAVE MY ROOM TO SOMEONE ELSE. THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY HOT WATER. THEY DID NOT POST ANY ISSUES ON LINE. AND THEY FLAT OUT DID NOT GIVE A DAMM.

The location and close proximity to shopping and the freeway.

Due to COVID all the amenities were not available so that was a bummer but understandable. The room was clean and I will go there again.

Not a good stay this time.

They put me in a room that had an extremely loud AC unit. My room was not cleaned/straitened on the second day of the visit. Not the usual stay. I usually love this hotel, not so much this visit.

There was no coffee maker or microwave , the shower dispensers were almost empty. Housekeeping walked right in without waiting for a response. I had stayed here a few times in the past and it was much better, will not stay again

The hallways smelled like marijuana and there were no movie channels and the tiny refrigerator barely worked.
