Quality Inn Hemet - San Jacinto

The only likeable thing about this hotel was the palm tree landscaping.

Rooms felt like they falling apart and put back together with duct tape. But what was mostly disappointing is that I chose this hotel because they had a hot tub and pool which wasn't working Owner was rude, no accountability or discount.

I always feel welcomed here by the staff. The rooms are perfect and it’s very quiet. The price is excellent for such a nice place. I recommend this hot for anyone visiting.

everything was great, although I spilt water on the floor and when i cleaned it up, the rag was very dirty.

The front desk was nice. It smelled so bad we didn?t stay. Also the area was bad, really scary.

Had to put a $100 cash deposit along with my credit card deposit. That was detailed at all. And that whole situation is sketchy. Plus they and you advertised a breakfast they didn¿t have, Covid or not! I feel cheated and ripped off.

The staff, I believe the gentleman's  and he was welcoming at check-in. Once the issues came up hotel employee personally came up to see what the issues were and he (I feel) sincerely apologized. He deserves better than this hotel!

Bathroom:hairs in bathtub & toilet, old blood splatter on door, no screen in window. Next door, white supremacist w/ swastikas tattoos (were a mixed family), allowed to smoke right in front of the hotel door, you can smell it inside your room. Horrible.

Friendly checkin, very clean room. Everything worked well, including AC.

only 2 pillows in the room was surprising and a bit of a pain. I could of asked for extra. But didn't bother with it.

Clean. Took care of A/C issue right away. Staff very friendly.

Parking lot was only one way in one way out. Proved to be difficult since we were pulling a u-haul trailer. We were lucky there weren’t a lot of cars in the lot.

Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. The grounds are beautiful, very clean and quiet. A little oasis on a busy street. I plan on staying with them on my next visit.

Hotel employee was very nice, knowledgeable, friendly, hospitable and very professional. He is a strong asset to that hotel!

The quality Inn was somewhat of an oasis. It was in a location where there a lot of dangerous looking people, but they seem to be handling their security well.

a/c did not work. Had to be repaired.Toilet seat broken. Toilet did not flush well.

Staff was very accommodating. My husband needed handicap room, a temporary place to keep his mobility scooter an ambulance service and they meet those need. They called 911 and kept me abreast of 911 step by step response.

Though I know they are not required to refund a room booking, I was hoping they would, due to the fact we we're only in the room two hours before 911 was called and did not return to hotel until 9:30 am the following morning.

The room smelled bad. Nasty smell coming out of sink & it smelled like stale smoke.

I reserved a non smoking room and they did not have any. The desk clerk said even if I had checked in earlier there would not have been one. I have to have a non smoking room due to illness so when we checked out, unfortunately we went straight to ER

The carpet was the dirtiest that I have ever seen in a hotel room. The second night people in the next room fought all night long so we did not get to rest or sleep
