Motel 6 Hemet, CA

The location

I did not like how dirty the room was. There was cigarette holes in the sheets hair on the towels. Water did not get hot. Bathroom was dirty. The room was just not clean at all.

Size of the room

Heating/air unit didn?t work. WiFi and internet slow to nonexistent in room 114

Easy check in and check out . Staff was accommodating to our 2 rm need and early check- in .

No ironing board, iron or blow dryer in room. Bathroom water not hot , tubs not clean. No face tissue in restroom. Weird smell. All 4 beds, Clean but the bed spread and sheets had holes from what appeared to be old burns.

DO NOT! Hotel is not worth $--- per night. Cigarettes holes in the blankets. Wi-Fi did not work. Found out from family this is where L.A. displaces their homeless.Over all dirty motel. Better next to go to next one down street and pay the extra $30.00.

That the maintenance man did stop by to tell me about the leaky AC unit although I had already taken care of it and the maid left a towel to soak up the water

When I checked in I had hoped since I am disabled and can't do stairs very well I was hoping for a downstairs room, desk clerk said no and kept repeating (6X)guest policy, I had none And after lugging most of my luggage up and dn I left there exhausted

Staff was really nice, helpful and patient

Shower wasn't hot and water came out really short, didn't want to complain because I figured they have bigger issues to deal with

Not many things worked. The phone didn't work, half of the electrical outlets didn't work, half of the time there was no hot water and when it there was, it was only warm. The bedding was worn out and didn't appear clean.

We got to the location around 3pm (Check-in time) they had no rooms available even though I had a reservation. Had to wait almost an hour to get our room. I had a weeding to attend and needed our room to get ready, we were late to the wedding.

That it's clean and you allow dogs and everybody's respectful there. That is very friendly. This customer service rep at the front desk, My husband said he was rude to him but I told he was nice to me I do. He was just jealous I think lol

The neighbors next door had dogs and the dogs had fleas but it wasn't the Hotel's fault it was the people didn't keep the dog the fleas because I got bit. I'm allergic to them and my dog started scratching to. But I know it wasn't the hotel's fault.

Clean, pet friendly.

No hot water, only 1 hard wooden chair for 2 of us, Only 1 pillow. I asked for a close to parking room And was told there were none. And yes I watched there were empty rooms

I had no hot water.i was planning on staying another night. I told the front about the problem and was going to pay for another night I would just need a different room, she told me I would have to check out and come back at 3pm

The staff and management were very professional and friendly. The rooms were clean and the staff stopped by to clean and offer towels. The pool was nice and clean, and the parking lot was brightly lit and lots of cameras.

Curtains and bed comforters had cigarette burns. Hottub was dirty. Even though the parking lot was very lit and they had cameras my back window was broken overnight.I submitted a police report. Window replacement is $--- which makes this a horrible

Check in was speedy. Got the handicap room I asked for. Only stayed one night but it was great!

The location was convenient and close to stores and restaurants. It was quiet, even considering its proximity to a main road. The room was large, with a microwave, cook top, and refrigerator. It was adequate for a short stay.

It needs some TLC. The new bathroom sink took hours to drain and it was hard to get cold water. These issues were reported. There are no USB ports in the room and electrical outlets are not in reach of the bed area.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The specific type of room I booked was available and ready when we arrived. We were very pleased that our NON-smoking room did not reek of smoke, which happens often at many hotel/motels.

One of the mattresses was quite thin/hard. Also, the place could use some professional maintenance/repairs/touch ups. However, for the price and type of hotel it was more than adequate.

This hotel is the best value you're going to find in Hemet. It very affordable, cleanings, service.

I liked the location.

Staff checked me out the next day I was supposed to be there for 5 days they only charged me for 1 day not for the 5 days and they took all belongings to the office gave our room to someone else and they took my juice and some of my food I had.

Close to restaurant

Had to leave a day early and wasn't able to get a refund.

The location was the only good thing.

The stools did not flush!!!!! The beds are rock hard!!

Roaches in shower, cigarette holes in all blankets. Even in non smoking rooms, was given keys to a dirty room (already occupied) and then was told They didn¿t have any other rooms. After requesting a refund they magically came up with another room.
