The guest representative was warm, fun and welcoming

The large deposit that was required at check in that was not stated prior to arrival. I understand a deposit for incidentals, and that Hemet it self is somewhat of a toilet of a town, but $--- was a bit high.Just my opinion

Safe and very clean and staff is amazing

Breakfast

The Bed mattress was old and uncomfortable. We asked for room service and we did get fresh towels but the bed sheets were not changed and this was after our 2nd night stay. The carpet felt dirty. The shower walls had dirty soap residue.

Clean

Bed was just a little bit uncomfortable and hard, breakfast not that great was way too expensive for the room

Electricity was out majority of our stay and never came back on , couldn?t even check out, or get my $250 deposit back , it was awful

The unexpected $250 deposit hold I was not told when I made the reservation . Some ppl can?t afford this on top of a $--- a night room!

Reeks of too much chlorine bleach everywhere. The room and the cold water pool. Highly priced. Not worth the money spent.$250 security deposit was unnecessary brand new hotel with few damages found here and there and I had to deposit $250. Disappointed.

Everyone was friendly, good breakfasts, accommodating.

Carpet needs to be cleaned there were dark rings on it, vending machines ( water, snacks) to expensive.

it is very clean and near shopping centers and restaurants .

The four lane highway can be noisy. At breakfast when the fresh pre cut fruit ran out ther was no supplies for the next day either on the weekend,

Breakfast was delicious and was very pleased with the options made available to choose from

The deposit seemed a bit steep but on the positive it was returned very quickly.

I had a tough drive to location but the fact that they were able to accommodate me with being able to check in earlier it made a whole lot better.. thank you!

Unfortunately the continental breakfast could have been better with some country potatoes .

Hotel was nice. Amenities were okay.

Water damage coming through the ceiling, with possibly black mold visible. Check in time was over an hour late, with no accommodation offered for a later check out time. One staff member at the front desk was rude.

The hot amenities- free breakfast,parking,etc. The staff very helpful and friendly also convenient to my family's location, gas stations,restaurants Target,and Walmart. It's a quiet area.

What I didn't like is that housekeeping isn't done everyday.

Friendly staff. Cleaner then just about all the hotels in that town. Wifi worked well. Free breakfast. Clean pool and hot tub.

Over priced. Hard beds. Didn't have a freezer in the fridge. Not enough movie channels. Coffee was weak and not a big enough selection of hot food for breakfast. Couldn't smoke/vape in the outside pool area.

Cleanliness

General manager could not resolve a misunderstanding. She blamed me for the issue in a very unprofessional and sarcastic way.

The clean well stacked room ,the staff so friendly and accommodating

Wish it was 25.00 cheaper so I could stay longer

Upon entering the Hotel we were greeted by the friendly front desk clerk. She was very professional and detailed. Our check in was great. I will definitely schedule additional stays as time allows. Best spot in town for a staycation..

The only thing I would mention is the elevator it was dated and didn't match with the hotel.

Clean, personable desk staff, quiet, great box breakfast!

The staff at the reception desk are extremely rude. They also bang on your door with some type of metal object for stupid reasons. I was seriously scared when the reception started banging on my door!

I liked the room it was quite elegant, it was very clean only the shower tub was a bit large for the reinforced pan and it was very noisy when shifting positions in the shower.

Upon arrival to check in, I was denied access to my room because the debit card that I had used to book the room didnt have a chip. I was told to use a card with a chip or cancel. this is something that should be told to the customer prior to checking in
