Cons -

Hotter water in bathroom
The room was dirty and the staff were rude when I brought issues to their attention. The hotel needs to train their housekeepers. The first day upon arrival we were given a half cleaned room. The second and third day, towels were taken but not replaced.
My room wasn't that clean and sink was stopped up

new hotel opened in June 2023

breakfast was a little disorganized. garbage overflowed midway through the opening hours. could use a couple of more garbage bins. have a strict policy of having to exchange used towels for new towels at front desk when declining housekeeping service.

Great location for where we were visiting in east Long Beach. Hotel is two years old. Breakfast had delicious omelets and cinnamon rolls. We got a disabled access room. Shower was the easiest access ever. The nicest Holiday Inn Express, ever.

The additional parking fee. $15,

Everything is new and clean, breakfast was good. Also close to some good little restaurants.

Check in had to wait a bit after 4pm because rooms were not ready
