No Air conditioning, no Pool, old furniture and fans. No amenities.

A little bit noisy due to traffic

Room was very clean, close to beach, front desk staff very nice. Really enjoyed our stay. Would stay there again.

The only negative is no air conditioning. They did have portable fans in the room. It was overcast so we didn't need A/C but if the sun was out & over 75° it would have been too hot & stuffy.

It was at the coast, managers seemed nice.

Room was extremely small for 4 adults. No AC, had to ask for the towels, mattresses was extremely hard needs replaced, tv remote not working. Light for bath outside room, Over priced, there are better deals per $/location imo, I will not be returning.

i got bit by a teeny bed bug in room 131. i exchanged rooms and there was not a bed bug in other room.

The rooms we had on the street side had a filtered view of the ocean that was very nice as opposed to the interior rooms with no view.

Nice, clean room and friendly staff located just a few blocks from the beach.

Nicer & bigger than expected. Parking available and location was perfect. Greeted by a Super nice couple. I will be back.

The coffee and Danish was superb!

The shower head is too low for taller people. Bathroom light switch is outside of the bathroom, it should be inside the bathroom. Toilet seat is too small and round, it should be elongated (oval).

The people who run the hotel are very nice. The location is great and it is a nice place to stay for the price.

The room was a little warm. The furnish a fan, but it doesn't put out much air. We brought one from home which made it much nicer.

The room was very dirty. Homeless people outside.

Location is very close to lots of areas we wanted to see.I was given an upgrade for no charge.

The motel is close to Oceano State Park. The room I lived in is very clean and the bed is comfortable, and the firmness of the mattress is exactly what I like. The bathroom is big and spacious. With the price I paid, I am more than satisfied for our one-night stay. My car is parked in the courtyard with hotel rooms wrapped around in a compound-like setting. I feel peaceful and safe as the hotel is off the main road, where there are lots of restaurant choices within a one-mile range. There is even a refrigerator and microwave for your food.
