Location. Price was okay - but still overpriced for what it was.
Dirty, termites in bathroom - we killed over a dozen. Blankets were dirty. Room smelled bad. Loud other guests, was non smoking room but everything was smokey everywhere.

The room was OK and the location was close to pismo.
They charged me an extra 80$ that's still hasn't been refunded to my card. That was a huge inconvenience because while I was on my trip that money wasn't available to me. I'm hoping they refunded it correctly.

The floor was so dirty that after walking around with no shoes or socks on while I was packing to leave, the bottom of my feet were black. That alone is enough for me to never book here again.
