-The older lady at the breakfast was a bit passive aggressive. -There was only 2 pillows available at the front desk -Had to sign in and out when you wanted towels for the pool -Major construction at the hotel

My one bedroom suite came with a kitchen. Nice touch

I didn't get to enjoy the pool

This is one of MANY stays at this property. I visit family and its very well located for my needs. The TEAM is terrific and always cordial and very helpful. The breakfast room is beautiful. Open and light and well decorated. The breakfast is great.

Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and nice. The complimentary breakfast was good. The people were very helpful, especially the people during breakfast.

Pool and whirlpool

The ac was broken and it was miserably hot. The room wasn¿t ready until 4:30pm and the whirlpool wouldn¿t shut off and took 2 hours to get more towels to ckean up the mess made by the whirlpool not shutting off

It was super cozy with a home like feeling.

The pool was out of towels. Something smelled in the garbage can in the hallway. I told them about it but it didn't get removed until the next day.

The rooms offer a cozy vibe. They are spacious and clean.

The gym is located at another hotel across the parking lot.

Beautiful clean room well designed

Only location

No hot water for showers, BR door damaged stayed permanently locked. Dirty room, pool and exercise room were out of order. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff said they would help and never did.

Pool was closed and we were told to go across street to another hotel

The staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome. I would stay here again based on that. The hotel and room was clean which is very important.

The room we stay in could have been fixed in some areas. There was damage to the some of the molding which looks to be easily repaired.

The continental breakfast, amenities and it being suites.

The lights in the room were very dim and the hotel is too large for only one elevator.

The cleanliness was outstanding as was the customer service. The front desk staff was top notch!

I'd like to see more non-carb foods at the breakfast buffet.

Hotel refused to clean my room although I requested twice today in person.

Good breakfast in the morning. Amazing sized rooms with full kitchen area. Love the location.

There was hair on the walls of the shower ( a small wigs worth)

I liked the bed and size of the room and being right next to the elevator leading to the swimming pool and the breakfast area. It was a very nice breakfast area.

At the time we went, the gym was closed and the hot food for breakfast was limited due to the covid-19 problem. Also, pool hours were limited, but at least the pool was open and we could swim and use the spa, too. There were a couple yellow jackets.

The pool is definitely in need of some repairs the umbrellas were completely tattered. But it was clean

Had bed bugs, was bitten all over. Staff was rude
