TownePlace Suites by Marriott Fresno

The two bedroom with kitchen has dishes

Our room fluctuated between 89 degrees and 93 degrees. Complained several  times and it was never taken care of nor were we moved to a different room. $---wasted

I like that it was very clean and the staff was really helpful. and that they had air conditioning running through the hall rooms. plus silver wear already in the rooms for this suite

that my room air stop working for some reason but it works everywhere else in the suite.

Quiet. Clean. Staff was great. We had an issue with one of the A/C units, which was fixed in under 10 minutes. Hotel was full, so the response was impressive.

The room was smaller than what I ordered online. It was not worth the price. The breakfast was very limited for the price. The bathroom door was falling off its hinges. If the normal maintenance was done this would've been noticed.

Spacious bathroom, kitchenette WITH an oven and the free breakfast.

The in room coffee. :(

Close to IHOP..

The cable TV connection was terrible and required me to dangle the cable to clear the snow from the screen and to bring up a clear picture. Toilet handle kept getting stuck open so the toilet kept running.

Great location!

There was some ongoing construction nearby but that happens everywhere!

Superb

Breakfast and the employee were both bad. Coffee was out for 10 mins, Eggs took 15 mins to get some. Employee was snippy and had an attitude.

Location, breakfast

the sofa bed needs new mattress, only two bath towels in bathroom would have appreciated at least two more. Only had access to one key, Had issued with Wifi it kept disconnecting

The room was very nice and the bathroom very clean

The breakfast was ok but not good

Clean, spacious, comfortable rooms. Not overpriced.

Our stay was very pleasant and we would stay here again. However, the hot tub/spa was not operational and the breakfast lady was late getting started, so people were waiting for a while.

The rooms were spacious

The breakfast area was small and took too long, when we got there a lot of options were not available. We had to go to ihop both days

Very clean, comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly and kind.

Nice hotel. Good staff, they provided all equipment for grilling with a smile.

A bit out of centre & interest things to see.

Fresno is a great layover from Yosemite to Kings Canyon/Sequoia, and it had many more restaurants and stores than other towns we passed. The rooms were large and comfortable, and we were able to get a quiet night's sleep.

There was a musky smell in the apartment, and the ceiling lights too one of the bedrooms wasn't working.

A quick drive to Fresno State. A walking path close by. Rooms were comfortable.

No gluten free options available during breakfast (not counting eggs or apple).

Location

Pool closed, breakfast was non existent pull out sofa extremely uncomfortable

The property was right next to the hospital I was going to so I booked it again for later this week for my husband while I have a procedure done . It’s a a good location and the rooms were comfy

There was a tear on the window screen but not enough to make it any problem. One thing that was a down fall which the hotel doesn’t have much say in is that in the evening we had to stand outside while a fire alarms were going off and they made sure the facility was safe. But there is no controlling that. It was just stressful since I was there because I was having a pregnancy issue and wanted to be close to the hospital just in case
