The staff was Very friendly

The room was not Ready at check in time 3pm, and I called a hr before to verify if would be ready by check in time and they had said yes. But the staff was very understanding and did thier best to get It Ready as soon as possible.

The consistency between locations

The tea and hot chocolate option after 9 p.m in the lobby is always gone, I don't drink coffee so I wake up to green tea or hot chocolate

Location...spacious room....lots choices at breakfast buffet.

Not necessarily about the hotel...there was a boy's basketball team staying there and they were up and about at 2 am -3 am trying to get to the soda and ice machine. They were a bit loud as well.

The hotel was nice, breakfast was great, staff was extremely helpful. Good exercise room.

I booked this hotel based on your description and pictures of the suite having a hot tub in our it. They said they no longer have that, I wouldn't have paid as much as I did if there wasn't a hot tub.

Clean and convenient.

Staff were sweet, no uniforms.Jsut daily casual wear..threw me off. But really not big deal.

Clean room, quiet, comfortable bed, nice layout which was comprable to the $--- rooms just Down the street . Decent breakfast, free parking w security guard at night. All for a great price.

It was attractive, clean and the staff was friendly.

Break fast was a bagel apple and some peanut butter an jelly no bread and a water. $--- spent with 100 deposit and that's what was served as breakfast. ruined my whole experience. Even my kids asked me if that was wat they were really serving

It is always nice and clean. Staff are very polite. Breakfast boxes with hard boiled eggs, yogurt, bagel are nice. Hot coffee. Bottled water. Good job, team. Stay safe.

The guests in the room to our right screamed, yelled, used profanity non stop, made calls at crack of dawn (like 4 am), and seemed to be high on drugs. Very disturbing. Right next to my bed. No peace with them around.

Noise from within the hotel. Loud voices, people walking in the room above me was a bit disruptive

I realize that the staff must be hot and tired from wearing face masks during the Covid Pandemic, but it wasn't ok with me as a customer that some had fa😭ces uncovered, noses uncovered. More contagious variants of Covid. Mask up. Maybe even a clear fac

We requested towel service twice and got none! There was stuff left in the room refrigerator, and hair in the shower. Breakfast was a brown bag with water, apple, muffin and nutribar.

Size of the room.

The carpet floor was not vacuumed. And I have a toddler running around on the floor. There was still garbage on the floor in the bathroom. when we asked if somebody could come back in the room we were told there was nobody there to do that at the time.

Should be rated a 3.5! Looked like a new hotel!

The front desk man insisted that we had to stay on the first or second floor even though there was availability on the third and fourth floor which we had requested. This was annoying! I probably won't get my Hilton Honor points---wrong address!

The hotel staff was EXCELLENT! Clean, quality room with nice facility.

The staff was very pleasant, greeted us each time we entered or exist the hotel and was always willing to assist with any question we had. The rooms were clean and the amount of supplies (towels and soap and shampoo set) fit the number of people in room.

The wifi service was very slow.
