All the people where very nice. Enjoyed the eating bar

The only thing we didn't like, was how hard it was to find. There was no sign on the street saying it was Shaw east. We called and the person at the regestration desk, explained how to get there.

Nice courtyard view, clean, staff was acceptable but the morning crew was far friendlier. I was under the impression that the breakfast was complimentary and hot. It was around Halloween so I guess I got spooked.

Breakfast is not complimentary, I had to ask a lot of questions I¿m used to being informed of when checking in, all else was acceptable

We booked a room for a Saturday night as we were going to the Fresno State football game. When we went to check in, the front desk clerk told us they were over booked and did not have a room for us! They said they found a room at a nearby 1.5 star hotel

The front desk clerk was not sympathetic at all. He was very arrogant and condescending. He thought he could deliver bad news with a smile and we would be ok with it.

The staff were extremely professional, welcoming and accommodating. I needed a quiet room for Zoom calls/work purposes; Ahjeah went out of her way to ensure I had a perfect quiet room for both work and rest. Hotel is remodeled and spotlessly clean!

Cleaniness

Yes, the housekeeping knocking every morning at 8:00. Check out isn¿t till noon there¿s no reason for them to go around knocking.

We had an excellent stay. The only thing I needed was a private area to change after swimming in the pool. A little cabana 4'x4' on the side just for a quick change would keep me from dripping water on the floor on the way back to my room.

Nice upgrades! Excellent furniture. The ac unit was new. Clean. Parking was free.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel under renovation so entrance not ideal. Also, I was put on 1 st floor adjacent to entrance which was unbearable that after two hours I asked to be moved and staff was very professional and accommodating.

Seriously, you can't have coffee in the lobby? That lil coffee pot thing in the room is 1) a waste of time, 2) a colossal plastic and waste creator, and 3) one cup? Get real, and no one wants the decaf.

Dog poop outside on sidewalk, grass, parking lot!! I have pictures And I complained to the front desk clerk!! There was a lot of noise and we did not sleep well!!

The food prices at the motel kiosk was far too expensive and the quality and selection was poor.

The bed was extremely comfortable!

Our gps kept bringing us in the back way. We were lost when we found the gate closed on evening. Please place an entrance sign on Shaw. Your guests will appreciate it.

Every one was very polite. My room was very nice with a balcony. The bed was so comfortable! I would definantly stay here again.

The only thing I didn't like was that there was no coffee pot in my room. The coffee maker was there but the coffee pot was not.
