My family expected full breakfast as we were informed before and during the reservation. What we got was waffle, cereal, and coffee. No pancake, no egg, no baken, nor sausage.

Easy to enter/exit. Close to the airport and our destination.

The shower head didn't work in our first room, though the staff got us a new room quickly. The water in the shower took a few minutes before it got hot enough to shower. Everything else was pretty standard for a hotel.

It was clean, comfortable bed & great staff!

I lost a few items at the hotel then i remembered where I left it I told them where to find it and get it so I can return and pick it up and they said there was no items left. I assumed they stole it.

Excellent bed. Wonderful gentleman at the front desk. He competently and graciously helped me get checked in and easily resolved problem.

Room was vey noisey. Pipes banging at night, ac constantly glicking on and off, garbage cans and towels left in the hallway, towel shelf too close to the mirror - it bangs your head and office chair was broken. Breakfast poor, list it as continental.

the room door did not lock the second day and they could not fix it. they put us in another room which smell like a smoking room. We complained to the front desk and we have been told the agent we booked the hotel will discount what we have paid.

Room was clean, good linens

It’s dated. Grounds are in disrepair. Homeless wandering around the property. Door locks not working, people repairing cars on the property. No visible security. I am guessing that this was the lowest price option, the clientele represented this.

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. Good breakfast served with a lot of selections.

Great price, clean and comfortable. No frills. Outdated but that’s ok for the price point. AC kept room nice and cold. Nice staff.

Breakfast had no protein - there’s a waffle maker, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, yogurt. Hard boiled eggs would have been great, but for the price point it’s understandable.

The room they gave me had holes in the window big crack locks broken hallway smells horribly carpet filthy if you stay over always a problem getting more towels and wash cloths gave attitude when I asked to change the room cuz I felt unsafe pool filthy

Tv only had 4 working channels

The breakfast but it did notice a little different the oranges weren't fresh they over it was considerably smaller but overall it's really good

The pool water dark green the carpets in the hall smelled horrible TV very limited channels to choose from some beds are comfortable when you stay some arent

I liked that the hotel room was clean

The hotel is more like a motel is super old The pool doesn?t work and they had no idea when it would be fixed It?s such a hot area not to have a pool as an option

The beds were very comfortable . The hotel was very clean. The staff went above and beyond in customer service.

There was a soccer team from Mexico staying at the hotel & made the stay horrible. It was very loud with slamming of the doors & banging on the doors at all hours. children were playing soccer in the hallway until 11pm & then it started again at 6:00am

Right next to the airport, super convenient.

This place barely qualifies as a hotel as some rooms are accessible from without going through the lobby It's beat up and no one is keeping up with the wear and tear, Breakfast was not set up at 6:15, lobby coffee maker was broken. Old, tired & cheap.

For hot breakfast, there were no eggs. More like to-go breakfast. Strong smell in the hall way

The facilities were very old, and it was disappointing that there was no round table in the room and only one chair. I think a two-bedroom should have at least two chairs.

Leaving immediately after we checked in and after we saw the room. We didn?t even stay a single night. We were there for less than 15 minutes. Had to make other arrangements. Absolute bullshit

There was a Tweaker tripping out on the bench right outside the lobby doors, making the whole place look unsafe. We had our 4 day old baby; wife refused to stay there after seeing that dangerous looking drug addict and nasty carpet in our room.
