Nothing else I was ripped off by front desk and charged for my deposit upon check out not check in after them stating that it was released

they scamed me out of my money.and lied about deposit and the madd up charge of sheets being to stained to get the deposit or I guess all of a sudden fivs minutes after tcheck out.which is determined by a spray bottle with bleach . Pic was of another heet

There was no microwave or refrigerator in room. And it was not very quite area

Room was clean

Several outlets in the room didn't work. Had to let the water run quite awhile to get hot water in shower. Waffle machine and juice machine not working in breakfast room. Eggs and sausage were cold, warmer probably not working either.

Close to activities within the city

Staff was not helpful. the location and surroundings were very loud at all hours of the day and night as well as the room itself was very noisy you could hear every noise through the walls and the floor from the room above creaked and popped insanly loud

The staff was very helpful, the rooms were clean, my towels didn?t look so clean so I used my personal towels. I did rebook it after leaving and going to a motel 6 down the street that was disgusting so I came back and the towels this time looked clean.

It was quiet and clean. Front desk staff was friendly and extremely helpful

No vending machine for soda or water

We like that the hotel has standing shower instead of tub.

No microwave in the room. Need to have sign that said "Do no disturb" that we could hand it outside. Hotel needs to provide better shampoo than existing one.

We we¿re told on are side of the motel they had no hot water my husband was in the shower when I called and then we were informed. They put us in a room underneath someone who must¿ve of had 2 big dog dogs playing with the ball all night long, called 4

Price, location, nicely upgraded

Heard all the noice, talking from outside late late night or super early morning.

Very helpful and friendly staff. I left behind an important medical device and they found it and have arranged to have it shipped to me. So grateful for that.

The neighboring unit people played loud music literally all night long. I should have called it in but was too tired. The music kept interrupting my sleep.

Good price, comfortable bed and ice machine was working.

Hotel website says rooms have microwave and refrigerator, but my room had neither do I used A LOT of ice.

The clerk on duty the morning of July 5th was very nice.

Location. Clerk on duty when U checked in. The $55 Pet fee. Broken liquor bottle in the parking lot the evening I checked in was still there when I checked out the next morning. The bathroom only had soap attached to the inside of the shower wall.

It was reasonably priced and the breakfast was awesome!

Parking was tight, but it was still a very good experience.

TV sound didn't work, sink faucet leaked, very noisy drag race road, stained chair, wrecker picked up car around midnight

There is no hot water and lady at the front desk is rude

Air conditioning did not work, leaking water on floor. Room smelled like mold and the front desk answer was a ver large and loud industrial fan.

Room was very nice, up to date, tile shower. Hot breakfast with real eggs, potatoes and sausage.

The price, the complementary breakfast and the stuff.

Not enough parking space and a little bit of extra activity. The police showed up twice.

Absolutely nothing

False advertising, no mention of $200 CASH deposit upon check in, laundry room out of order. Rude staff and no refund what if you didn't have the 200 cash deposit even though room was paid for
