Bridgeview Hotel

They didn't have the room I asked for,only 1,and it was smoking ,which can't have,ended up going to another one,shower stall rusting out,someone tried getti g in the second night. Not happy about any of it.

They didn't have what I request ,even though my info was confrim.

Three attempts to get a room that was doable. Was VERY loud, at all hours of the am and evening. Warning needs to be given when the Motorcycle have a conventions in Fresno. Upon check out denial of the issues. WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!! Partial refund

Great staff and cleanliness

There was only three tv channels and the reception kept going in and out.

There is nothing I like I want my money back they have rats not 2 but 3 big rats unreal have video of it people fighting all night banging on my room door scary

Not a damn thing no microwave no refrigerator no s*** was in that room lucky that was beds in it

Yeah the bed could have been a little bit bigger but yOhou know how that goes yeah Monday through Thursday it was all right but then Friday Saturday the prices went up to $80 a night

Lost alot of sleep because some guests were outside their rooms talking loudly all night and security didn't do anything about it and my room was located right next to the cleaning personnel where carts making noise all night

Everything. From roaches to blood on the sheets. Have contactacted motel 6 general manager for a refund.

Basically everything. Some weirdo came knocking at my door at 1am. Didn¿t open the door. They have a ¿security guard¿ at the entrance of the parking lot but they couldn¿t care less.

Location

The grounds and walkways were an absolute mess. It was painfully obvious that trash had been sitting for several days, garbage cans were full and smelled bad. I had requested a non-smoking room and, once inside, it reeked of cigarette smoke.

Nothing, it was the most unhealthy place in earth. It was full of roaches. I had to go to the HD and buy 3 cans of roaches insecticide. I asked the front desk to send the housekeeper to re clean my room and just never happened. I took videos

Everything. This place is infested with roaches. I had to buy insecticide and kill tons of them so i could sleep. Mgmnt simply didn¿t care. No discount or courtesy stay was offered nevertheless reimbursement for the insecticide. I have videos to prove it

The front desk employees are very fine workers. Very kind and respectful and get me into my room quick fast and in a hurry

Some rooms had bugs and we wouldnt get clean linen if we stayed more then one day

There were cockroaches and people selling drugs all night long I was offered drugs on more than 1 occasion, the heater did not work and there was not a coffee maker microwave in the room.

After check in. I asked house keeping to clean the room. She responded back by telling me that they clean the type of room I was renting.

The price. That's it.

Not letting visitors in should be modified.I would most likely chose another place next time that allows me to have visitors.It was cold wit 1 very thin blanket,1 sheet.Balanket was old & dingie. No lotion, shampoo or conditioner, fridge or microwave.

Roaches in bathroom, there was a lot of trash, wrappers, food under the bed, room smelled musty. Big fight in the parking lot right outside room late at night.
