Courtyard by Marriott Fremont Silicon Valley

This hotel is isolated. 10 minute drive to shops and restaurants. Parking lot needs lighting. Not a good location.

Very clean, nice staff at check in, great bed

Everything was great

It was a cool hotel until I kept feeling harassed by manager I stay there for almost 3 weeks and manager would call my phone before my late check out bothering me every morning kept accusing me of having a dog. They sell old milk there as well.

The manger is very pushy rude and harassing . My room was clean and she kept tryna to come in my room have housekeeping clean every 3 days when I didn¿t need my room clean it was like she was trying to be nosey and didn¿t trust me or something in my room

I stayed for a week or so. Nice updates! I like the newest courtyard style.

The girl I took on a date turned out to be narcissistic. She meet me at the hotel.

NO MICROWAVE IN ROOM! THE TV SHOW/NETWORK IS LIMITED!! NEED MORE KID FRIENDLY SELECTIONS. NO POOL!

Classic courtyard but nicely renovated. Free parking.

Faucet was broken but the front desk sent a guy right away to fix it. The location is just of the highway but far from noise.

The staff and cleanliness. The view was nice and calming.

This was actually better than expected but not the best hotel experience

Seemed like there were people living in rooms on the bottom floor. Using the sliding glass doors to access their cars and let out their pets.

Definitely the front desk staff. The curtesy and welcoming attitude. I loved the our stay, my children’s loved their and had no issues at all. Thank you for making our stay such a great experience.

The only thing was that there is no microwave in the room and was much needed especially with children.

During COVID-19 it was great to get a room that was very clean even in the areas that the cleaning people often miss. (I always sanitize my hotel rooms on arrival). The staff was extremely nice during both check in and check out. Great place to stay.

I love the shampoo, conditioner and body wash are conveniently located mounted to the wall in the shower. Room is spacious and clean. The water in the room is $5/bottle! That’s a bit ridiculous, but other than that, everything is nice.

$5/bottle for water is a turn off, especially considering the times we are in.

Hotel employee told me that insurance for the the which I was only be staying fr or 8 hours or so came with was $100.00. I was shocked on top of my $-- for the room so so far it was $--- without hot water... I was told that the $100.00 will be back on card.waiting

Overall great experience i really like the room the bed and good asses using the tv Not even top hotel got that so big plus on that! Staff was really nice and friendly.

Is not that i didnt like more i think will be nice to add a microwave in the room just to worm up food but other than that i got nothing neggative to say it is a nice place

The bed was very comfortable.

Of course because of COVID no pool, no gym no restaurant. Nothing open. The air conditioner made loud girgly noises which kept me awake.

The room sheets came off the bed and there were like blood stain or something on the mattress

The bed was very confortable. The room was very clean and the complentary body wash, shampoo and conditioner was very good quality. Did not have any issues at this hotel and the front desk gave us water for our trip.

A 3 star hotel should have a spa and gym along with the other amenities. These were missing at this hotel.

Nothing, I regret that I picked this location. I will never stay at another courtyard again!

there was several things I did not like: 1. The hotel was like a maze and it was hard for me to find my room. 2. The front desk was not able to provide me with a receipt. I currently do not have a receipt for my invoice that I paid.

yes, the shower was dripping water from the fan above, which started about 7am (woke me up) and never stopped until I left about 9:30am
