the worse experience I ever have,I couldn't take breakfast because I was 2 minutes late,after I request some ice they refused just like that,on the afternoon I start to feel sick over a stomach cancer I have and call for ask for towers they never help me.

nothing ,plus the manage is a liar and I'm doing all I can to show peoples with what kind of person you dealing ,don't ever give your card for than u will regret.

Inside the room was well appointed. Plenty of parking place but came with an unindicated cost.

Switch board for all purposes was not responsive. On many calls no body cared to pick up the phone.

No maintenance perso had to switch rooms because toilet didn't flush . The deposit is ridiculous $250 its been four days since I checked out and I still haven't received it I call they said the manager will call u he never did. My money back. I would

run down in need of a lot of tlc. Bead cover was dirty, refrigerator handle was loose. Rooms need upgrading for Marriott standards.

Staff - the lady at the front desk was very hospitable and efficient at check-in.

The hotel room was below the standard of other Residence Inn's that I've stayed at. Price was higher than other options in the area. When I compared it to the Staybridge, Extended Stay, Homewood it didn't have the same standard. I'll stay elsewhere next

I kept calling it "the apartment" rather than "the hotel room" because with a full kitchen, bed, bathroom and television it felt more like home than a hotel.

Would be nice to have more channels on the tv - could not even watch local baseball, which I was not very happy about

It was very comfortable it was clean and everyone seem to be pretty friendly.and they were pet friendly .

I didn't like the fact that a lot of things didn't work properly and that their prices changed not by a lot but still it's a good thing I was prepared.

Comfortable beds and suite like accommodations

Someone in one of the nearby rooms had a dog that barked for about 2 hours late at night.The facility could use some fresh paint.

The shower was broken, I asked Reception for 4 consecutive days to fix it.They fixed it the last day.Horrible experience!!!!

The rooms were amazing, very large and comfortable

Even though the property was small they had many things to do around them and many options inside the hotel

Staff was very helpful and room was very clean. The full kitchen in the room was very convenient and the ice maker in the freezer works, just has to be turned on

The shower was a little tricky to use since the knob has to forcefully be pulled outward to switch the shower. But everything in the room worked.

I loved the layout of the rooms and also the cleanliness. The staff was super friendly and very helpful and beyond accommodating.

I did not like the fact that you have to put down a 250-500 deposit per room, and it was not mentioned when I booked. I booked two rooms and they were asking for a 1000.00 deposit which in my opinion is extremely excessive.
