There was a kiosk robot and a human attendant. The guy didn?t speak to us and when we were confused would not explain. Finally we asked to talk to him & he was extremely rude. The people behind us had the same issue. It was uncomfortable and unwelcoming.

Our stay at the Coho cottages was amazing! It was very peaceful, relaxing, and super clean. The bed was very comfortable and the jacuzzi was so wonderful. We used the grill to make dinner on the patio and enjoyed sitting by the fire. We loved our stay!
