Pros +
- Comfortable room, beds, bathroom. Quiet location. Better breakfast than these types of hotels usually offer. It was kept replenished. The dining area was warmly furnished, better than we've experienced at similar chain hotels. The entire third floor of our wing was being renovated. We were there on a weekend, so there were no workers until the day we checked out.
- Staff at check in was great. Thanks Tyler. Room was clean and well maintained.
- Quite area. Walking distance to a local grocery store and diner
Cons -
- At the desk they told us the entire hotel was being renovated as it is the policy of the new ownership to renovate every 15 years. We thought the dining/lobby was beautiful as is, and were dismayed at the waste. Of course once the renovations are complete, they will raise the rates. This is a depressed area and already has too many overpriced hotels for what you get.

Night staff exceptional and very responsive. Very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast food good. Room clean. Cleaning staff responsive.
Morning coffee in lobby was cold three mornings; morning staff unfriendly, slow to respond and failed to resolve issue. Disappointing.
