Features river, mountain or garden views in all rooms. The outdoor pool and spa is a short walk to our sister property, the KOA. The bar and restaurant is onsite. Bathrobes and toiletries are provided in each room. Free Wi-Fi is included. Private balconies are featured in most of the terrace rooms and our Queen Balcony room. The rest of our rooms are in the historic part of the building, and most of them do not have television. All Founder's Suites and all Terrace rooms have TV. Our hotel is pet-friendly. Pet-friendly rooms are the Terrace Petite, one Terrace Queen, and three of the Terrace Kings. Please inform the hotel you will be bringing a pet so we can assign a pet-friendly unit. All other rooms at the hotel are not pet-friendly. Daily maid service is provided upon request. Free bicycle rental is also available to guests of the Inn. Avenue of the Giants is 26 minutes’ drive away and showcases a scenic Redwoods. Benbow Valley RV Resort & Golf is 10 minutes’ walk away. Benbow River is 5 minutes’ walk away from Benbow Historic Inn.

In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Massage Therapy is available and can be booked in advance of your arrival or after check-in. Current Fees are $125/hour, $175 for 90 minutes, or $250 for a Couples Massage (1-hr each). Our pet fee is $30 per stay, up to 2 pets.

- The ambience was exceptional. The staff was wonderful. Kudos for hiring the best staff. My room, the common rooms, the outdoor setting, all added to the magical feel. Loved the large fireplaces. I?ll never forget my stay!

- The hotel was understaffed. All employees were friendly, they were stretched. One fellow handled all of the breakfast orders inside the bar, on both the veranda and the terrace - he did everything, including the bussing of the tables with good humor.
- Entertainment at the outdoor restaurant area until after 9 pm leake through the room window. Room had no TV so the outside sound was a distraction. Restaurant was pricey and selection was sparse. Breakfast was not included but room had a coffee/tea maker.
