Pros +

• Cleanliness, comfortable bed, ability to regulate the room temperature, a key rather than a card, room attractive & in good repair, easy sign-in & checkout. Friendly hosts, pleasant location in the town, coffee maker. Parking near my room.

• Bed was very comfortable.

Cons -

• The heat and controls were under the bathroom sink counter, hard to see & necessary to get on my knees to regulate it. There was no heat in the shower & toilet area if the door was shut. No rugs or carpet to soften the floor. Old towels, no hair drier.
• No one around to help
• Registration phone number was not answered for 4 hours from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
