Friendly, thoughtful staff.

I was disappointed to find chairs in the dining area turned upside down on the tables all day. It felt like we were checking into a closed environment.. unfriendly. If the management doesn't want people sitting there, customers have less places to sit.

Clean, free parking, free excellent breakfast, easy access to towels

The front desk tried to recharge a prepaid reservation. I told her I have t h e paid receipt and she backed off

Some of the staff was great others not so much. Seemed like they were understaffed.

The hotel is old and really run down. Our room was dirty- urine still on toilet base, hairs all over the room and several things were broken. The mattresses are really bad and old as well. We were also charged double for our room..UHHH

NO BELL MAN CARTS, Room was dated and electricial plugs loose.

Had all the amenities one would wish for! Especially Used European style bottles of shampoo etc instead of wasteful little bottles Hair dryer and iron Lots of pillows Breakfast was diverse

Rude young Asian woman at the front desk in the evening.

The Am shift Front desk was excellent. Sunday and Monday Am person. He helped us find a resturant to eat at time of arrival and an area in the city of Orange to visit that was Perfect!

The breakfast needs an upgrade. Other 2 star hotels had a better meal and looked happy at their job.

Bed was comfortable

It was a bit dark inside and needs a new paint

The smell, it is not clean, the receptionist not friendly because we booked from 3rd part, charged me 10 dollar for 2 bottles of small regular water

Cleanness, location and staff

The hotel does not have electric charger. It would be a lot easier if is hotel install electric car charger in the premises. Other than that, I¿m satisfied with my stay.

When we arrived the sheets did not appear to have been changed. During the day there was a strange odor.

Staff was excellent

Hot tub was partially working (no jets) Some of the Sausage had wheat in it! I have a gluten free diet restriction Carpet in our room smelled bad Hallway flooring was breaking down

The staff were wonderful

The laundry room it was the hardest thing just to do one load of laundry a very big headache And if the rooms are just a little bit less expensive I think for what I paid it should be a little bit less expensive

Clean, great breakfast and staff!

Overall good experience. Staff friendly, helpful. Morning breakfast had hot and cold breakfast items. Cable TV and internet access were a plus.

Stayed two days. Room not cleaned during that time. Rubbish bins not emptied.

Not too small and not too big.

A little noisy outside with children, but they did quiet down.

The area was quiet and close to a lot of places!

The staff wasn't as helpful, every time I asked a question I would get an I don't know as a response.

It was perfect! Clean room, friendly staff and rooms were all quiet.

The TV service is kind of off

The check in was easy and the staff was friendly.

I was told at check in, not before that the elevator was broken. I was there for 4 days and they did not fix it. I was also told that breakfast would not be served in the hotel but in the hotel next door, also not until check in. The hotel was dirty.

The elevator was out of order and we were given a 3rd floor room(top floor).
