A/C was fantastic and the front desk was just delightful. The kitchen staff was wonderful as well.

The hotel was clean in a prime location. Restaurants and shops in walking distance

Not family friendly at all. People complained about kids. Front desk worker called the police on the children because they were in the pool 2 minutes past closing instead of asking them to leave. When addressed by the parents she said You People.

Loud A/C and shower fan. Went to purchase feminine products from the little shop and the gentleman worker made a comment about them and gave me his opinions about LGBTQ. Very inappropriate for him to be in the front desk saying he did not agree to them.

The room was not really clean. Dusty & there was a big handprint on the wall by the bed

The suite room we stayed in was clean, a/c working well, equipped with necessities needed and comfortable beds

I didn?t appreciate how I was charge additional $7.00 more on water bottles that I bought there cuz they charge me the wrong price.

Great location. Staff are efficient and kind. Room is clean and spacious. Breakfast is typical Holiday Inn fare. Pretty good and plentiful.

Our AC worked but was twitchy on the temp settings.

The door to the room was difficult to open and close. It seems like the had been kicked in because it was warped on the bottom. After closing the door when entering and leaving we had to give it an extra hard push to close properly. After closing the door

Average hotel nothing special

Rooms are very small. Bathroom want very clean. Outside of the hotel there were homeless individuals doing drugs on the street.

It's at the end of a street, so it's quiet and there aren't any homeless people.

The traffic to get to the hotel is difficult; there's an In-and-Out restaurant right next to the hotel, and the road gets backed up.

It's a very old bldg in dire need of a remodel. Rust in bathroom in a few places, wallpaper in bad shape, grout too. Decorative molding was missing in living room. Room was very small. Window was old aluminum frame and very hard to open.

Easy access to freeways and shopping. The room was clean and check-in was easy.

The mattress was so uncomfortable and there was black mold on and around the window seal

Shower hot water was very low pressure and toilet would not work properly Breakfast could be better We were in room 111 and you can hear everything outside Door both has gap and its noisy you can hear outside noise Not happy at all!!

It could stand some upgrading- the carpet in my room was worn and frayed- but it was ok. Ask for a room facing away from I-15. I didn't, and I could hear traffic noise that starts at 5 am.

The traffic for In-and-Out backs up and it can take 20 minutes just to get to the hotel from when you turn off Valley Pkwy. It's an extremely dangerous situation. Because of that alone, I will think twice about booking there again.

Clean and a decent breakfast. The staff was very courteous.

Because of the proximity by the freeway it was very noisy outside by the pool and inside my room. I¿m so glad I brought ear plugs to sleep at night. More shade is needed by the pool¿for those of us who burn easily.

Hotel was located close to our San Marcos destination.

Hotel is a little bit off the main road. Seems like an older hotel that could use a refresh. I thought breakfast was a bit substandard for a Holiday Inn Express. I kept asking for an early check in and was never giving a good answer.
