Studio 6 Suites Escondido, CA

The place is swarming w/ homeless all over the place. The first night I stayed someone on the backside overdosed on fentanyl and everyone came out to look and gossip about the incident. The property reeks of urine from the homeless me

They are lying when they say they have Studio 6 rooms. The only difference between their "studio 6 room" and a standard room is that the studio 6 room has a full size refrigerator and a microwave. The studio 6 room requires a $50 deposit.

New tub and toilet was nice

Leaky fridge dirty walls dirty door dirty floors. Microwave was dirty.

Staff was always helpful, the price was good for the area, and the room quality was well above what I’d expect in a Motel 6. WiFi was pretty good

The homelessness was a constant factor throughout my stay. Nobody was ever aggressive or threatening, but I’d never assume I was safe walking in the neighborhood surrounding the motel, especially at night. Even Denny’s there isn’t 24/7 anymore. If you’re a single guy, just be vigilant, and you’ll probably be fine. If you’re a single woman, I’d say stay somewhere else for a bit more if you canThe shower drain clogged.

The convenience of the location, where I was going to a family event.

The pool was very dirty. The first room smelled smoked cigarettes. And we found a bug in the restroom. Second Room. They gave us. The door was really dirty. The rest of us on the furniture. That means they haven’t cleaned there for a while.

I didn’t like anything about the property. I lost my $155 dollars I decided not to stay after all, we checked in, went to my aunties 76th birthday party, came back this place is full of gang members, drug dealers selling drugs outside, inside the facility. Came back around 11, about 4-5 guys very suspicious just checking out the cars, checking us out. My daughter has Down syndrome I was so scared and disappointed with this place. I wish I could get my money back.

Room nothing like what’s shown on the internet, also drug dealers selling drugs in the hallways. Very bad reputation. Not satisfied at all. I want my money back. $155 I decided to grab my things daughter husband and head back home around 11ish. This is not a safe place.

We were told we were going to Escondido suites and it’s motel six that’s very misleading

It was dirty nasty bad area

Roaches greeted us as soon as we opened our doorIt seemed you may have fumagated prior to us arriving as we did find a couple dead ones under the bed, and baby ones were seen a couple times on the floor. Aside from that, the area was bad.

King Room with king size bed, was very spacious and clean. Had a large refrigerator, came with 2 ice trays and microwave. Clean towels, plus coffee machine and extra cups. Pretty good amount of tv channels, hot or cold water, and extremely good A/C.

Close to restaurants, and shopping.

We found hair on the bed, the towels were dirty and the front desk wasn't helpful. We asked for a different room and he stated that's all he had. 3rd floor street side so we heard all the conversations and traffic through there. Also we thought we were lost, this is a motel 6!

The hotel price was reasonably affordable. The location was accessible to the surrounding cities and shopping areas. Restaurants were also within a short, either walking or driving distance.

The studio room that I was given had very limited moving space. I felt uncomfortable within the limited space. Hotel rooms should allow for a reasonable space to walk within; not for the customer to feel squeezed in. The homeless scene is right outside the hotel. I wasn't bothered by anyone.

Clean, appeared recently remodeled. Large refrigerator & microwave.

Guest in room 205 above me were noisy: stomped around room and sounded like they were moving trunks around

There’s homeless living at the hotel and all around the property. At 3am they were knocking on the door so we couldn’t sleep.

I didn’t like anything, it tells you online it’s a “Suites hotel” and never mentions it’s a motel 6 and so when you get there your looking for this nice hotel but in reality it’s a motel 6…

When I got there was a smell, and so we left the doors open to get it out, and so I had driven so long wanting to shower and so when I’m about to shower all the towels had hair, and dirt on them. So I had to clean my self with the small towels provided. Then the bed had bed bug blood and food in the pillows, so now I’m gonna be told why not complain ? After driving 6 hours last thing I wanna do is complain wait, and get “clean pillows and towels “ when that should’ve been provided in advance. The ceiling has had staines of either poop or food just super bad. At the end of the day I just wanted to sleep there and it wasn’t the best experience
