I did not like the fact that my room smelled like smoke and that there was cigarette burns on the couch. When I notified the staff they stated that they were no other available rooms

The hallways could use some freshening. Carpet cleaning and air freshener. It smells a bit stale, like a wet dog. Other than that 10/10

I was really happy and appreciative that I was able to check in early as I just came off of an international flight and I was extremely tired and just need to take a shower and go to sleep. Thank you for allowing me to check in early. Much appreciated.

I wish I was told that shuttle service had a fee when I checked in that was not told to me till I was leaving. Great and quiet location otherwise

It has a very nice feel, open, airy. Rooms are clean and organized.

The room needs a rug to keep your feet warm when getting out of bed and walking around the room. The evening staff were not very helpful, did not explain the amenities that would have been helpful as I travelled with a dog.

The room was a pleasure to stay in. Super clean which I appreciate. And just the over all ambiance of the hotel was awesome. The staff was very friendly and helpful for my entire trip. Thanks!

Each night I was woken up by the person above me just walking around. Daily housekeeping wasn't automatically offered, which is the #1 reason I typically choose a hotel over an airbnb. At this price range, complimentary breakfast would have been great

It is a beautiful hotel! Love that it is pet friendly

The walls seem to be too thin and you can hear when other doors close, the room above us was non stop thumping all night.

Rooftop was closed and it was a main reason for this hotel selection. I didn't realize it is apparently closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Yes there was no shuttle from airport to hotel. And no cab available so I had to get another hotel

The hotel was clean and all the amenities were updated and modern. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

The parking rate was wrong on their website- it¿s $24 per night, not $15.

They have a beautiful rooftop and outdoor seating area.

The staff was not friendly upon my arrival. I've stayed here plenty of times and this time was the absolute worst. I feel disappointed to how we were treated and even how we had to call multiple times for small things like shower towels

It was clean, modern, great bed, bedding and awesome pillows & dark; Bathroom was nice, water a nice gesture. Staff was pleasant, friendly, and hot breakfast sandwiches much appreciated (most hotels now doing just granola bars/yoghurt).

No in-room coffee maker. Was told queen room had same couch/seating area as king room, but was not true. They were able to move us (thank you). Couch is important to me for comfort when watching TV as opposed to sitting in bed, which is painful for me.

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The staff were nice and helpful. I had an issue with an extra charge on my credit card but it was resolved right away.

Front desk representatives were not authentic and seemed unhappy doing their job and did not meet expectations and definitely didn't provide a level of above or exceptional service and experience. Experience and happiness should be more important.
