Hampton Inn & Suites LAX/El Segundo

I order a room with a roll in shower and 2 queen beds since I was traveling with a disable veteran and the staff kept giving me a room with a tub that was ADA Accessible. I even called to make sure that the room had a roll in shower.

Olive my maid was very nice and did a great job. Staff at the continental breakfast was amazing!! He greeted me every morning with a smile and a "good morning", he was so helpful and brought out anything that was out of stock immediately.

No Airport Shuttle though the hotel is 2 miles away from the airport

Friendly staff and exceptionally clean room and breakfast is very good.

I like the breakfast and staff professionalism. I like the quiet rooms.

Rooms need a deep cleaning. The carpet was disgusting!!!! It needs to be cleaned, or better yet, replaced. We noticed our socks got black walking on it. Then we spilled a small amount and wiped with a wash cloth. It came back black!!!

Great location if going to the beach or just about anywhere in the Los Angeles area. Close to the freeway and airport, but this was a birthday weekend in LA. Dee was great at checkin, the room was clean, it was quiet and expectations were set on day 1!

No microwave in the room, but it was still conveniently located near the ice machine.

Our room was on the 5th floor, top floor, and was very disappointed in the constant rumble of the mechanical machines on the roof. It never stopped and had to sleep with ear plugs.

Location. Worked great for morning drop off at LAX. Parking charge was fair, and parking was plenty and secure.

The staff is great ! Welcoming ! Helpful in answering questions & giving directions t. Enjoyed hot well prepared bkfst It met my needs perfectly . Having shuttle ( Uber ). Complimentary Nice too be close to beaches .

After reading the previous reviews, I decided to book here. Best decision! The staff was extremely nice & accommodating. The hotel and room was clean and modern. Loved the Happy Hour and hot breakfast served daily. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast provided was good and the staff member who was caring for the area did an amazing job at making sure it was very clean and all foods were neatly stocked and available.

Nothing comes to mind, my family and I had a very pleasant stay.

The hotel is very modern and super clean. The bar being open was the best part to relax the night before my early morning flight. Rooms were surprisingly large.
