It's not over crowded. Good customer service. It's usually a quiet place to stay

Parking I feel that paeking should be free and bit just the street parking which is very limited. There is no security for the parking lot. What are we paying for?

It was close to my event I attended Fast check in and clean room

The Bed and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud.

The Location was shady, but we were safe the entire time. We stayed five days.

The room had plenty of outlets. Very helpful when needing to charge all devices before long flight.

I picked this hotel for the airport shuttle. I requested the 7am return but was told it was booked until at least 9am! The van only holds 7 and runs only once an hour. It needs to run at least every half hour between 5-9am

I didn't like that it was not posted nor did anyone tell us that there is no elevator. I'm 67 and had to take luggage up 10 flight of stairs.

Just don’t stay there. The only good thing was the person on reception when we checked in.

Not clean, smelt terrible like animal urine that hadn’t been cleaned properly. Whatever they cleaned it with made our eyes water. Sheets were musty. The property has a variety of buildings some maybe ok but where we were was horrific. Security was really poor anyone can wander through, lots of rooms directly off the car park. Screaming went in for ages during the night. Nothing done about stopping it. Sounded like it was in the carpark. Airport noise worse than we thought due to building being so old and we assume no sound proofing.Luggage storage simply revenue collecting. They say it is $5 per bag, once tax and a $7 service fee is added it was $10 per bag. Don’t mind paying but a $7 service fee for someone to open a door!

I didn't love that I had to pre-check-in on my device before arriving. I prefer speaking to a receptionist upon arrival.

Room was clean overall

It was rather loud because of the closeness to the airport and a high traffic road. The room smelled very much like smoke and the first night some your fellas next to me decided to start a big party all night long with music, load voices, etc. On the top of it, it is not cheap. Not recommended.

The prices of waters and snacks! Super expensive. $5 a water. $12 a microwave lasagna.
