- The staff was great. It was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. It was close to the airport and I appreciated the free shuttle.

- Wanted Accessible Room and even their Handicap room has a VERY LOW Toilet, and they did not provide a riser. Not handicap accessible at all. Travelling with 94 year old and made it VERY inconvenient.
- I was not advised by hotel staff that the pickup shuttle was on departure level , not baggage claim area. Fortunately, the shuttle called and waited for me for my ride at 9 pm.
- The water pressure was terrible. Also annoying to have to pay $39 to park a car. This is LA!

It would have been nice if breakfast had been served at 5 am. We didn't get to partake in breakfast because we had to leave on the 6 am shuttle
Convenient location. The rexeption staff was friendly and courteous, they were happy to help us out with directions and indications about local shops around and public transport. Breakfast was very good. Accommodation was clean and quiet. Shuttle bus was easily arranged and service was fast. Happy to come back.

Large clean rooms
Shuttle service a bit problematic.. you should call/text then to come. Location is a. It away .. room was facing a garage and couldn’t keep the shades up to get some light. Basic breakfast
Our go to hotel in Los Angeles visit. This time we stayed at the hotel for just one night before moving on elsewhere. Close to the airport, but far enough away at the same time. A clean hotel with good rooms and parking facilities. Standard breakfast. Nearby (though not quite within walking distance) there are shops, restaurants, and a Starbucks. We will definitely return again later.
