- They charged me twice for the rooms once checked in and once on my deposit card. Terrible

- Low water pressure, dirty room, rude staff and bad breakfast
- Illl no longer use booking.com ot best western
- The hotel staff was rude, there were little drain or fruit flies all over our room, the HVAC was very loud, the bathroom fan that is automatic with thy light was very loud, and the freeway noise was louder than expected. This hotel is not a Best Western quality hotel.
