Super friendly staff, located near an event we were attending and a fantastic deal on a clean / comfortable room! Would definitely stay there again.

Ask the front staff for a quiet room, and I was put in a room next to an ice machine and facing the main street. I I asked for regular coffee packets and to please not knock at the door. I got decaffeinated and a knock at the door. There is more¿

Check in/out was a breeze. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. The room was gorgeous and spacious. There was plenty of parking. Would definitely stay here again.

They closed the pool at 8:30pm even though it was advertised to be open till 10:00pm.

Yes. That they falsely advertised breakfast. No breakfast was given. Reason why I booked with this hotel was that my wife needed breakfast due to medication she takes. Had a no no breakfast was given I wouldn't but elsewhere

Hotel employee checked us earlier than what we were supposed to; bumped us from a King & pull out bed to two queen beds, no extra charge; he was very friendly, very helpful with directions, the room was clean. Exceeded our expectations, thank you!

No coffee pot or cups in the rooms Shower head barely sprays water for showering Front desk wanted me to write my credit card number information on a paper form even though they had taken my credit card and processed the payment.

The location is good. It's right next to a strip mall that has lots of restaurants and a grocery store.

My room had ants. There were only 2 towels, and since no maid service due to Covid, that's really not enough. What was most peculiar is there wasn't any drinking cups in the room - not even disposable or plastic wrappped.

The hotel was pretty vacant so it felt safe during the COVID pandemic.

The alarm went off at 6am even though I did not set the alarm at all. There was another alarm that went off at 6:15am. The air conditioning was extremely Loud. They did not have a king bedroom, even though that was what I booked. We ended up W/ a double

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. My room was also next to a group of teenagers who repeatedly slammed the doors and made noise into the night.
